Krivak was trotting to the Icestone Mines, in a great mood. He had work to do, he'd been missing using his strength for something good. As he neared the Iceglaze Hold, a couple of works saw him and smiled. They waved him over to a cart. He nearly crowed with pleasure. They had a yoke on the cart, but not just any yoke. This one was clearly made with the assistance of the Frostfawn. He was allowed to use one just like back in Ravok, when he was hauling goods for a rich merchant who didn't want his workers looking like slaves. This particular yoke was designed to be extremely comfortable, but that wasn't the best feature. The best was that this yoke was designed so that he could put it on and take it off as he pleased, while in his animal form. He trotted up to it and wiggled into the yoke, his tail swinging cheerfully. One of the Iceglazes, "Whoa there big fella, I know you're excited to get to work. It's just a boring day for ya, there was a cave in at one of the deeper areas of the mines, but not a crucial area. So, I will be taking you there and you get to haul the rocks I clear out of the area. A full day's work. Sound good?"

Krivak couldn't have been happier. He mooed his agreement to the man, who smiled, and grabbed a pick, shovel, and rock breaking hammer, and loaded them into the cart. He then walked into the icy maw of the mines, and Krivak lurched forward, pulling the cart with him. Krivak took the time to look around while following the man. The walls looked just like ice, but he'd been told they were actually stone. He was surprised at how wide the tunnels were here. He continued forward, happy that the ground was relatively even and flat. But toward the walls, it was a bit rougher with some jagged rocks. He had to be extra careful or the cart would bust a wheel. Thankfully, he'd pulled several carts in his slave days, so he was quite familiar with the feeling.
