Ok, the stables are up, but I have some news regarding this thread.

It was essentially to kickstart Zeltiva's development and fleshing out - and I couldn't have asked for a better response. Your detailed and well thought out NPC's and locations have put my own to shame! So thank you.

But I will be closing this thread shortly - but that doesn't mean you can't design and make suggestions, you are more than welcome to via PM or my office or even the Common Room where everyone can chip in.

I don't see why we have to close this thread. By keeping this open we can open suggestions to community input as well, and we don't have to clutter the OOC thread with said suggestions

Simply because I'm streamlining everything and reducing the number of stickies lol.

Edit: More logical idea - I just unsticky the thread so it floats freely, but provide a link in the upcoming Zeltiva Players Guide?

Khawte re Naphu, Librarian

Khawte appeared in Zeltiva one day about ten years ago to study history at the University. He quickly gained the attention of faculty and administrators alike for his quick mind, excellent memory and unparalleled organizational abilities. Before long he was working at the library as a part-time assistant to the librarian and, when the librarian died unexpectedly, he was offered the position, which he has held ever since.

At nearly seven feet tall and 210 pounds, dark-skinned, with six long arms extending from his bean pole frame, Khawte stands out in most crowds. Like many of his kind, he looks younger than he is and few people would guess that he is actually in his seventies.

Khawte can seem aloof. This is because he is. He usually looks down on people, literally as well as figuratively. Those who don't know Khawte often attempt to pronounce his name as “COT-ay,” but are immediately cut off by a resonant baritone voice declaring the correct pronunciation to be “Ka'ou-CHE!” Followed by a curt but polite “May-ee help ye with something?”
