Learning Personal Magic

Hi, so here I am again with questions on magic!

In the list of personal magic, there are 2 forms of magic where the way of learning it is not specified. IE. Auristics and Flux.

Do they have an initiation procedure like Reimancy and Projection? Or do one require instruction and can learn through meditation like Hypnotism and Voiding? Or can one simply "self-discover the ability" (quoted from: Shielding) like Shielding?

I always thought that those two skills were either self discovery or things that you read and then attempt to notice in day to day life in character. I figured with a skill like Auristics, your pc begins to see a faint aurora around near by people after an intense meditation. If the character is curious enough to explore that phenomenon they are on their way to Auristics.

With Flux, I treated it like Chi in karate. Its a fighting tool to help focus energy to different parts of the body structure. I could see someone learning flux on their own through either meditation or combat practice. They just got to focus real hard to tap into the djed.

It isn't a definite answer, but that is how I interpreted it.
