There are still costs associated though for furnishings and finishing structures, plus by leaving them half cost one accounts for the tunnels up and down and to and from and any watersources or latrine pits that might need to be done. Rather than buildings, all these 'spaces' are hewn out of solid rocks and are thus caves. I've kept a cost due to air passages and plumbing that needs to be installed as well as furnishings that still cost. One could do the structure for free and then pay for all the individual items separately that are used to furnish the rooms, but this way they get complete furnishings for half the actual building cost since no structural materials are needed. All gardens, walkways, and fences will be done in game and the cost not calculated. The outer wall for The Sanctuary will be done with Reimancy as well. No wooden structures will remain. All watersources will be done with water reimancy. Barns are listed multiple times to create more room/stalls. In cases where the item wasn't listed on the price list in terms of buildings, we've come as close as possible with a 'like' structure. . Reverie Isle The Breakdown Completed? The structure itself will be created in the wilds, so the only other cost will be the cave furnishings which we'll treat like a master suite. Landscaping will be transplanted greenery from throughout Riverfall and the Fringe Forest. .
