Race: Human Birthday & Age: Born into the 10th day of Winter, 29 years of age Gender: Male [size=150]Physical Description:Tall, lean and muscular, Jase's physical appearance along with his curly dark brown hair and piercing dark brown, borderline black eyes have always melted the maidens' hearts. He has a light stubble that covers his serious face and prominent features, although he sometimes shaves it down to a simple goatee. Rather high cheekbones sit under his fine eyebrows. He smiles incredibly frequently despite his very serious and hard looking features; usually with a quick flash of his brilliant white teeth. Some people even say that his piercing eyes can gaze straight into your soul and heart. Character Concept: Personality: Extremely ambitious, Jase strives to become the best in whatever he does and wherever he is. All of his former enemies have accused him of being ruthless, cruel, manipulative, cold and calculating, bear in mind that they said those nasty words the moment he spiked their heads. However, his friends tell him he has the gift of gab, a true silver tongue. He is persuasive, charismatic and very seductive. He has a knack of convincing people to do as he wants, be it for his personal benefit or for the benefit of someone else. He first learned the power of words from his father at the age of ten and since then, always looks to persuade his enemies rather slaying them in combat (or being slain if it comes to that). Not that Jase is craven, in fact quite the contrary, he is extremely capable with a multitude of weapons and is as stubborn as an ox when in a fight. No matter how many times you knock him down, no matter how many bruises and cuts decorate his body, he'll keep getting back up. Despite his prowess in battle, he scarcely unsheathes his bastard sword from his belt; the sight of Steelfang is enough to send any man running. Shimmering white steel, hardened in the hottest of flames, instill absolute terror into Jase's foes. A grip and pummel forged of solid bone and silver, demonstrate the wealth of House Aldaine. Leather ,dyed black, is wrapped tightly around the grip with a guard hooked downwards. The blade in it's whole has a slightly jagged and dark look to it. Sharp as a razor, the double edged bastard sword is capable of causing mass amounts of devastation when in the hands of someone who is capable of wielding it. The pummel ,carved out of bone, forms a silvery black lion which is perfect for bashing people's heads in. It weighs about 6 pounds, not a very imposing weight for such a dangerous weapon. With his two other brothers, battle-ready and headstrong, seldom has any man or woman threatened this terrifying trio. Jase values loyalty, friendship and family above all else and like most of his family, he fights courageously when he has a cause he believes in. He inspires admiration and respect among his followers and family and for that people praise him as the true lord of House Aldain. A fiery passion burns within his body, passion tainted with darkness and blood. Out of all of the Aldaine brothers, Jase's longing for revenge for his father's murder is the strongest. Ethics: People who hide their plain and outright stupidity behind honor and courage are looked down upon by the Aldaine family. Being as intellectually capable as monkeys, the Aldaines believe that it is their right to crush these people like the ants they are. Aside from that, Jase personally believes that power should be held by people that are truly capable of ruling or should not be held by anyone at all. Likes: Passionate about the art of war, Jase comes from a family where if you don't know how to wield steel by the age of 9 years, you become a social outcast. He feels as if a part of his body is missing if he's not armed with some type of weapon at any given time. Dislikes: Bravado, false courage and honor, imbeciles Character History (Optional But Recommended) Born into a wealthy family, Jase and his brothes Arcturus and Turran were constantly surrounded by the society's elite. Private tutors and foreign sword masters taught the boys how to command swords as well as how to wield them. His family resided in luxurious apartment in the castle of Syliras. As he grew older, he came to deeply admire his father, who was well past the age of 50 when Jase was barely coming into manhood. He went wherever his father went, be it to the court or to some new city to close a business deal. When Jase finally came of age, his father held the most splendid of feasts, yet when Jase thinks back to that day, all he can remember is grief, for that day, the empire his father had built for him and his family came crumbling apart. His father Jasper, would never know how this betrayal would sting his family's name nor how his family would be treated after his death. Moren Darkstone... the name would forever remain engraved into any Aldaine's memory for the rest of time. (I plan to elaborate this further as I go along) Vengeance has twisted itself into every single facet of the man that Jase is. especially after the abduction of his dear wife Miranda. He plans to slay Darkstone and win back what once belonged to his family, yet with close to no one but his own brothers and no resources at his disposal this will not be an easy feat to accomplish.[/size] Pre-Creation (Mostly mentioned in the personal history) Post Creation: Is trying to raise an army against his Darkstone for taking away everything that belonged to his family. Along with his brothers, he barely has anything of value from what was once the great Aldaine House. Aside from a few coins and Steelfang. Although it was rather large and comfortable, my brothers and I used to spend a lot of time outside the city walls, always close enough so that we wouldn't get into any kind of trouble. Outside, the grass was always green, the flowers always beautiful and full of life, and there was a small lake a few leagues south where my father would take us fishing along with a a handful of guards to keep as all safe." He hadn't even realized he has mentioned his brothers and hoped that she wouldn't pick up on it. He wasn't sure if he wanted to bring up Turran or Arcturus at the moment. After a brief pause, he continued describing the Aldaine Apartments."I slept in a room with big windows and a soft featherbed with silk cushions. We never had to worry financially, unlike the majority of other people, we had servants and we're well respected by both the Syliras' Grandmaster and the sylirian knights. Although I sincerely doubt they remember us now. Now, I have enough coin to get by, but none of the luxuries I had back then."
