Roka  Basic Information Race: Kelvic Birthday & Age: Spring, 510 AV (2 years old) Gender: Male Languages Common: Fluent Vani: Basic Isur: Poor Physical Description Height:5’8” Weight: 150 lbs Roka has a small build, and shoulder length straight onyx hair. His eyes are a deep gold, in both of his forms. When he smiles it’s usually only a shy downward facing one. His expressions are usually intense because he is constantly surveying his surrounding and looking for something he may have missed. He is lightly toned and comfortable with his human body, but feels more at home in his fox form. His animal form is a small black fox, with a white tipped tail. He is petite even though he has reached full maturity, but finds it easier to remain unseen with this attribute.   Character Concept Roka tends to remain quiet, especially among crowds. He is generally untrusting, but relies on his carnal instincts to guide most of his actions. He enjoys the company of a strong presence. When attached to another he becomes very affectionate and very demanding at times. His cunning and manipulative manner does rear its ugly head at times, as his fox-like nature immerges. He is a born scavenger and will eat nearly anything edible in site, and feels no shame about that or any of his other crude behavior. Roka does have a hard time blending occasionally due to his inability to control himself when potential prey is nearby. Character History Roka's mother was a Kelvic and a companion to a human man. He was born in Kalea from this pairing and strongly resembles his mother, but who was instead a deer Kelvic. Her timid and sweet nature, coddled him from birth, though his father rarely had much to do with him at all. They traveled for the majority of his ubring so he remember little of his life in Kalea. It can be assumed that his birth place was around Sultros since he recognizes a few words in the Isur language. His father's relation to the area and why they were there to begin with is not known. Their travels eventually led them to Avanthal of Taldera, where they resided for a short time and Roka learned a basic knowlege of the Vani language, a musical and fanciful language he hardly finds use of. He absorbed what little he could of the Vantha culture, finding them an interesting people. Some of his first memories are of the people there, but still isn't quite sure what his father did that would lead them to places like this. Eventually he watched his father inevitably cast them from his side, breaking his mother’s heart. She ran to him leaving Roka abandoned and alone in Avanthal, unsure of how to fend for himself. He quickly learned and worked his way from a steady berry diet to a more omnivorous diet of fruits and rodents. He continued on his own travels following caravans from a safe distance to ensure some safety on his travels Finding his way into civilization occasionally, he was awkward and obvious at first, but was treated fairly and learned to blend a little better. His life has been an endless hunt, and he enjoys it as such, though he's never completely bonded to anyone before, he often felt lonely and was known to guide travelers on their way to town in his animal form. Eventually making it to Sunberth in the twilight of his second year, he has settled some in the city of the sun.
