[Priskil] Rallying Priskil Supporters

THE INVITE

Hi! I'm currently playing a nuit in Alvadas who will have to soon embark on a quest to kill Sagallius, and I am looking for possible IC-ly cooperative roleplay with people who are planning to help Priskil and Aquiras. By cooperative I mean PCs with golden hearts and pure interests who want to help Priskil or are looking forward to gain her gnosis.

What might be in store for you:
1) A high risk of getting killed
2) Getting Luminance from Priskil (we can convince her)
3) Lores
4) Encountering the million miza golem (maybe)
5) Sappy love story (Imho) of a god and goddess
6) Adventure with other PCs

So anyone out there who is a sucker for a in-game quests and is deep inside a hopeless romantic, whose PC is not judgmental enough to help a helpless nuit to conquer the wizard Sagallius, raise your hands and let me hear your voices!

I'm not in a hurry though, as I'll be gone from the game during the months of midApril-midMay (IRL reasons). But I think it would be great to open up this avenue for conversation, especially those who are interested in Priskil and Aquiras' love story. (Besides using it as an advertisement to gain new friends and PC-friends)

CHRONICLES

According to Xalet, there are only two Luminance-marked players in game. Jilitse and Xalet. There used to be a game-wide Team Priskil that I would like to see again. So I'm trying to whistle to this dying ember to see if any of you is interested.

1. With Torc Ironwood inactive as of date, I heard Xalet might be pursuing the role of Godsheart forger. The gist of it is to revive Aquiras by forging a new heart for him. If you answered "yes" to the question "is that even possible?" then we want to recruit you.
2. My Character is involved in a quest to kill Sagallius. Personal reasons. The idea is to kill Sagallius and steal back Aquiras' heart. Whether this is Plan A or Plan B, largely depends on the people I'll be working with.
3. Important Quests since, the Twin Quests of the Watchtowers: I. Vox Populi, Vox Dei and II. The Night the Watchtowers Cried These are slow moving, but you get the feeling something really really awesome will happen.

Xalet is stationed at Riverfall, while Jilitse is in Alvadas.

Things that have occurred over time:

1. Jilitse and Stitch had a thread together related to this quest, found here: Always Darkest Before the Dawn. Jilitse was marked her level 1 Luminance Gnosis, and Stitch was invited to Taldera, somewhere in which the Order of Radiance's headquarters is located.
Jilitse is currently moving towards Yahebah (Eyktol) to search for Saghal Hrinn's (Sagallius) past, while Stitch is spending his lovely days in Avanthal (Taldera Region)
2. It seems that Torc Ironwood is also planning a player-driven quest to make Aquiras a new heart. No details yet.

So there are two options it seems, but for the most part I'm recruiting people who are not only interested in restoring Aquiras, but are also interested in defeating Sagallius.

Players who have shown interest in this quest are:
1. Stitch (Human) - a not-so-ordinary blind man who is also a follower of the Goddess with a past he couldn't seem to leave behind him
2. Fenilen (Inarta) - a devout follower of Priskil, has often repeated that the evil in this world must be purged.
3. Jabran (Chaktawe) - a follower of Priskil (gnosis mark underway) who was stirred in the desert to help the cause
4. Conrad (Human) - a follower of Aquiras who mentioned his interest in helping restore the heart of Aquiras
5. Kamalia Timandre (Konti) - A reimancer who personally aims to defeat Sagallius and become the goddess of magic
6. Ialari Pythone (Isur) - Is on Drainira's (Sagallius' champion) hit list. Will help bring down the Supervisor, but as to killing Sagallius, allegiance has yet to be determined.


(The PC descriptions are mine, and how I know them personally. If I have failed to capture their fullest descriptions, or have exaggerated, it would be owed to my shortcoming.)

Where would this quest be taking place/how would people get in on it?

Diem's ultimate goal is to kill a god himself, so this would be awesome practice. I'd suggesting waiting until you have a few skills in the hundreds. Even 3rd level gods are freaking scary.

Joseph may be interested. To warn you, he is a pycon. He doesn't know who Priskil is yet but if you told him about her and the quest he would help.

But he is a bit of a newbie seeing as I just started. He may not help seeing as how he'll be totally owned.

I think it'll depend on how he's doing by the time you start rallying this supporters.

However I know this is more of a long term thing as it will take a lot of luck and skill yet I love the idea of it and was thinking of it.

So do we have to have a golden heart with pure interest in helping Priskil? What if we just want to ensure that we no longer have a bounty on our head? I mean, if Sagallius' Champion has a vendetta against someone, wouldn't it be worth that person's time and effort to increase their own chances of continued survival by ridding the world of said champion?

Now, stepping back from the ego involved in speaking of oneself in such an odd perspective, Ialari has a specific reason for wanting the removal of Sagallius' champion. While earning brownie points with divinity is always a nice thing, she doesn't exactly care about Priskil or Aquiras or their tragic relationship.

As for being judgmental of nuits, well, can you overlook that one? She doesn't necessarily hate them. Hell, she saved the majority of them from destruction.

It comes down to the enemy of my enemy is my friend. Of course if your enemy is no more, what does that make the enemy of your enemy? I digress.

We can see how it goes in Ialari and Jilitse's thread together and I would like to get involved with this rather ambitious but cool plan, however Ialari is anything but a pure heart not to mention caring little about the well-being of others if it doesn't somehow benefit her or her race. Selfish? Yes, but this is a post-apocalyptic fantasy world where everyone is pretty much out for themselves. Now if I can get her hooked up with Traversal from Aquiras, you have a loyal comrade even if only temporarily.

It is so nice to see people responded here! I'm really glad. I just came back from my extended leave in-game and am starting to pick up plans here and there. First, to answer Dusk's question, this is a long-term quest. I really haven't got a foggy idea how to meet everyone interested, but to those who responded, I might send a PM within this week for a possible thread to be scheduled next season (Summer) so players can get a getting-to-know-each-other adventure/socializing thread.

1. I'm not looking for traveling companions, but if there'll be any who are willing to go above the nuit stigma, it'll be even better. Also, those of you who will be following their story might like to have your meet more friends in-game. We don't necessarily have to be in one thread, we can have more than one adventure thread, don't be shy to discuss your ideas.
2. I felt it would be nice to know who are the people out there who have the same long-term or short-term goals as mine, so I can [s]stalk[/s]follow their threads as early as now.

not sure if this is still active, but this coincides with the long term goal of my character. he is a follower of priskil, and has a level one mark from her.

however he is still new, and needs to get stronger before he will be helpful in doing this. right now he is in Sahova (go figure) and is training his skills.

so this is me saying in the long term i would like to help with this.
