Time Stamp: 1st Winter 513
The first snows of Riverfall have not yet fallen, though the air has grown considerably colder. Far colder then even late fall had been, yet there are still enough bustle that it is plain to see that the citizens of this city did not let the cold drive them indoors for too long. Within the Kuvay'Nas Lodge there was the normal mill of Akalak of multiple hues. Greens, blues, Violets, some lighter others darker though there weren't so many that it might seem as if something was amiss.
Instead they joked and chatted easily amongst each other, taking a welcome respite from the day's work to enjoy each other's company. Another Akalak enters from the outside, the light of Syna back lighting him enough that it is impossible to guess the hue of his skin until he moves further in, and one can see the dark green tint in the dark skin tones. His pale blue eyes gaze from beneath his brow, and his features open and friendly though his movements were quiet and controlled. Such was the life of this Akalak, a series of contradictions.
He moved inward, toward a large blue Akalak, sitting in a chair easily for a man of considerable size. The male he sought was Commander Nodorus or perhaps it was Kavinal today, it was impossible for Favchean to tell until he spoke to the man himself. With the dual nature it was sometimes easy for people who knew the Akalak well to tell at a glance which soul was in control by the set of the jaw, the stance or even a certain look in the eye. Favchean's own mother could always tell if it was Favchean or Chealvan just with a glance. She said it was obvious, Favchean tended to be more uptight in his movements while Chealvan more loose and fluid.
"Good afternoon, Commander." Favchean speaks in his normal low pitched grumble, taking a seat near the other. "I come to volunteer for the Kuvay'Nas, I have obtained my Kuvan status," The green Akalak flashed the silvery tattooed mark on his wrist, the silver contrasting nicely with the dark flesh. "I am competent in both unarmed combat and with the dagger."
