Is Yahebah a port city?

The trade map shows it as a port. But I don't see anything in the descriptions to indicate that. Is it a port city?

Is Yahebah a port city?

It has a small docks/harbor area within walking distance of the city. Larger ships anchor beyond the break and use smaller rowboats to ferry goods. Currently the port was torn apart by the Djed storm.
