Hadashdhissir Nickname: Dhissir Race: Dhani (Viper) Age: 122 Birthday: 20th day of Spring 390 AV *Physical Description*
Snake: Dhissir is about 9’8’’ long and sports a horned head that is useful in intimidating enemies. His large fangs are hollow and fed from two of the most deadly venom glands in existence (Viper Dhani). Though smaller and weaker than his cousins, Dhissir is extremely fast and venomous. His scales are a pale white with tan spots and he is sometimes seen with a hood of the same color, though the inside is covered in dark grey swirls. Dhani: His Dhani form is much like that of the snake, save there is not a tanned, tightly muscled human torso between the head and body. He bears a few scars across his human back in this form, testament to a slaveling’s upbringing. He is about 12’ long in this form. Human: Standing at 5’3’’ Dhissir is small but well toned. He is unassuming and unremarkable. His hair is black and kept short, but otherwise unattended. His beard is sparse and patchy at best, thus he either keeps in clean shaven or just a patch on his chin. He neither moves nor fidgets unless it is with conscious intent, maintaining an almost unnatural discipline in his body and mind. *Character Concept* Dhissir is courteous and polite to those who deserve it, but never overly joyous in the presence of any but his closest friends. Loyalty is slowly given when it comes to this Viper Dhani, but once given is almost never regretted. When angered he is a deadly combination of venom, martial combat, and flux training. He usually feels guilty after losing control of his anger, thus his meditation is steered to keep his own emotions in check, lest he unleash himself upon an undeserving victim. Dhissir is also very passionate about his intrigues. The fastest way into his good books is a shared hobby or interest, and he has many. Reading of old cultures was one pass time the Doctor raised him to appreciate and Dhissir wishes to travel to new cities and exotic cultural hubs. Most of all he would like to befriend more Dhani. He had spent much of his time when younger with other Dhani slaves in the higher end district of the city that the Doctor had lived in, but they were Ahnatep raised and thus not the same as those who rode the dunes outside the city. The real predators. *Character History* Dhissir is both deadly and gentle. He will fight if need be, but has a passion for exploring knowledge and culture. He spent many years as a slave to a Eypharian doctor, guarding his home as well as aiding in his work. On his time off Dhissir studied the art of Flux and incorporated it into a daily martial routine that is both rigorous and cleansing. He learned such rudimentary skills as being able to identify ailments and treat minor sicknesses, and even set broken bones or stitch and clean wounds. He found all of it very fascinating and fully expects to continue his learning in that field. His fierce Dhani form, though helpful to the Doctor, struck fear into his patients. Dhissir begged the good Doctor to keep him in his home until he matured enough to have a human form but his hands were tied. He had no choice but to free Dhissir and send him on his way into Ahnatep with not but a backpack and a few supplies and gold. Dhissir was enraged by the Doctor’s callus, shallow betrayal at first. He glided his way into the maze that was Ahnatep and became lost. He quickly calmed though, having trained in discipline of the mind and body since he was young. Being Dhani, that was a long time. Now he searches for new employment and a new adventure somewhere in the sands of Eyktol.
