Timestamp: 10th of Spring, year 512 AV. After midnight.

Outside, the world was cloaked in darkness. The sun had set hours ago, replaced by the moon that took its place. If it hadn't been for the clouds blocking it from view, the night would have been a bright one. But as long as the wind remained still and quiet, it would not push the billowing veil from the sky tonight.

It had been a long night of merrymaking and lively entertainment, but as the hours dragged on, the excitement had exhausted Carina. It was time to relax, not that she hadn't been already, but she yearned for another kind of relaxation. One of peace, quiet, and rejuvenation. But she also wanted company for the evening, already having a prospect in mind. Since her return from traveling, Mok and her seemed to be getting along very well. She enjoyed his company, and the flirtatious nature of their conversations at times. Slowly her curiosity grew, a wanting to learn what there was to know about the interesting person he was. Through the night her mind had drifted to thoughts of him; questions she wanted to ask, but wouldn't speak of just yet. Perhaps in a more private setting.

Down a nameless street, Carina walked beside Mok in slow pace. Off to one side, in the shadows, a drunk lay in a pile of trash mumbling to himself. And while she couldn't see the poor fool, she had heard him. Bringing a realization of just how dark the streets really were. Anything could be hiding in the shadows on a night like this. The thought coaxed Carina to keep close to Mok, even reaching an arm out and wrapping it around his. In the time that they had been walking, a silence had fallen between the two. It wasn't one she minded though, simply enjoying the mans company. But she wasn't ready to let it end and part ways just yet. Glancing up at him, her eyes searched his, hoping to understand what he was feeling at the moment. Would he be too tired to continue this rendezvous? She hoped not.
"Mok... can you stay with me a little longer?" The question might have seemed strange coming from Carina's lips. There were no hints of seduction, only a hopeful question that he would spend even just a little more time with her.

Mok walked down the street with a grin on his face and a swagger in his step. No one would be petching with him tonight after what happened in the bar earlier. Hell no! In fact, Mok was quiet confident right now. Maybe it was the dark ale talking, but the myrian felt like true badassary. He would spit at anyone right now, especially someone talking shit. Pounding bravado filled his mind. None could really understand him. That was just the way it worked. He was a motherpetching gangster, a soldier of fortune, a warrior. Respect was his way of life, but it was a different type of honor than others think of. Death before disgrace was his motto. Nothing else mattered. Live free, die hard. No regrets. Mok had choosen the clear path, the road of freewill. However, he took this to the extreme level. No one could tell him what to do. Not even the gods could control a man willing to die before taking orders. Never. Mok would stand before Lhex a free man.

Simple said he did not care. He laughed at death. How could one petch with a man who had brough himself to this new extreme. Outlaw, murderer, thief, bandit, scumbag, thug, warrior, myrian, cannibal, savage...it didn't matter what you called him. In reality he was a motherfucking 'G'. An original gangster. A man who lived on the edge of the blade with pulp in one hand and a sword in another. This was the type of person Mok was. A true Sunberthian and a true myrian.

This was the type of man Mok was. Although he flirted and laughed during merrymaking, he truely had darkness in his heart. He hoped that Carina understood that. If she did then everything was cherry. If she didn't...well she would find out eventually....but not tonight. Tonight Carina wanted Mok's companionship and he would indulge her.

"Yes...where are we going?" Mok grinneed in response to Carina's question. He brought her in close, but he kept his gladius even closer. If any shit went down, he would be the first to react, even in his drunken state. He would fight for Carina's life, not just because he took a fancy to her or because she was down right gorgous, but because she was Crimson and that is just want 'G's were supposed to do. Brotherhood forever. No one was going to pop off against his friends and live to tell the tale.

Mok would follow Carina anywhere she took him.

She wouldn't answer his question; it would be revealed in due time. Instead, she walked with him in silence through the streets. Might it have been odd to him that her words had run dry? Perhaps, but they could speak once the two arrived at the destination. And it was only a matter of minutes before the two were making their way up the incline of a hill. Atop it, was a building a wood, quaint in design. From within, warm light stretched through cracks to kiss the ground outside. Above its roof, if the light would permit, one could see a great billowing cloud hoovering, slowly leaving to meet the sky.

As they drew close to the entrance, Carina glanced at him from the corner of her eye. She wondered if he knew where she had taken him, and hoped he would enjoy this. It was something she loved during those long sleepless nights when thoughts plagued her mind. Turning her gaze back to the building, she opened the door and stepped inside ahead of Mok. The inside was as silent as outside until an old worn voice greeted the two visitors.
"Welcome back, my dear." The old woman's voice held a tone of familiarity, as if she knew Carina well enough to call her a friend. And then it pitched slightly, when tired eyes fell on Mok. "Oh, you've brought a friend tonight. Would you like the private spring then?" It was obvious, even without speaking of it directly of it, that Carina was one of their regular customers. But it still surprised her that the old couple always seemed to be awake when she came. Did they ever sleep?
"Yes, thank you, Natlana. And something to drink too, please." When she spoke, Carina's voice was tired and relaxed. And with a nod, the old lady shuffled away in slow pace to fetch something for the two to drink.

After Carina had payed what was due, she turned to Mok, a smile gracing her weary features. Taking his arm, she walked with him deeper into the humid building, to a room in the very back. She had never cared to pay the extra for the private room until now. But she wasn't in the mood to be disturbed by any surprise interlopers; she had all the company she wanted. Nearing the back door, Carina turned to face Mok, letting her arm slide down until her fingers found his. Holding gently to his hand, she walked backwards toward the door.
"Have you.. ever been here before?" Then opening it, steam flooded out around the two, the palpable moisture clinging to their exposed skin.

Mok eyes twinkled and his grin widened when he saw the steam in the distance. Finally, the myrian realized where Carina was taking him: the Aquillar Hot Springs. The myrian heard of it, but he hadn't even thought twice about even checking it out...never! Smelling his armpit as they approached the building, the myrian realized that he hadn't bathed in ages. This thought lead to another. Suddenly, all Mok could think about was Carina and how beautiful she was. All his his thoughts of bravado where put on hold as he keep looking at her. The long golden trussells flowed over slender shoulders. His eyes wandered down her curvalicious back and buttock. Now all he wanted to do was see her in the hot tub naked. He just wanted to rip her cloths off and throw them into a fire. The myrian was estatic. He just wanted to hold her soft, unblempised skin near his body and devour her...in a good way of course....

This was it though. He would seal the deal tonight. The myrian couldn't hold himself back anymore.

Mok remained drunkenly grinning while the most gracious of hosts came and offered the two companions a private hot tub. As the filty warrior waited for Natlana to bring the redberry drink, Carina led him to the entrance of a private room. Gingerly holding his hand, the seductress openned the door and asked the myrian if he had ever been here. Immeadately, Mok went back to flitering with Carina.

"Never," Mok laughed as he vanished into the steamy room. Once inside he immeadately stripped down to his bare boned naked body. His skin was bronzed and tough from years of strife and working under the sun. The myrian was the most tone and ripped guy out there, but he did have the toughest body. Instead of looking like an athletic manniquin, the myrian was the real thing. He did not have a six pack, but he prided himself in having the strongest core he possibally could. His chest was round and smooth, but rather he was barrel chested and strong. His arms weren't cut, but thick and meaty. The warrior was built for power and speed, not to be a damn pretty boy. Scars riddled his body too. A fat, jagged line stretched across his his lower stomach. This was the scar that he had recieved over four years ago in the jungles of the Faylndar. Arrow wounds in his arms and legs were apparent too. They were like star-shaped slits overed with scarred tissue. On his back was countless scares from being beating and whipped as a child. Cuts and knicks were scattered everywhere as well. Mok was a grizzled man.

Completely naked, Mok stood on the edge of the hot tub and turned towards Carina again. She could see everythingp, but the myrian made no comment at all, "Go~od deal!" Little words needed to be said in Mok's mind. They were beyond words for tonight. Mok had other plans. He wanted to become intimate with his companion in ways that words could not help with.

Spreading his arms, the gangster let himself fall backwards into the water. The swoosh of the water hitting his bareback was painful. His whole body was throbbing immeadately from the heat, but it felt amazing. This was perfect for all of his sore muscles. Air bubbles all around him, the myrian came up again with a mouth full of water and just to flirt with Carina he squirted it out of his mouth in a long stream, trying to get her wet.

"Come on woman!" Mok grinned.

Carina entered the private room after Mok, closing the door behind her once she was inside. Even almost attempting to lock the door, before remembering that they had some drinks on the way. When she heard the rustle of clothes as they hit the floor, Carina turned to watch Mok, a sly smirk over her features. She eyed him silently, letting her gaze wander over muscles decorated in scars. Appreciating the strength of his presence. Even noting the shadows that gathered in the dips between each toned muscle. For a moment she wondered what stories the scars held; surely they were exciting. She knew he was rugged tough... perhaps one of the reasons he attracted her.

When he turned to face her, she let her gaze wandered down the length of his impressive physique and its endowments. But she was only allowed a quick glimpse before he fell back into the still water, breaking its surface and disappearing for a moment. While he was under, she spoke a few whispered words.
"Very good deal..." Holding back a chuckle behind smiling lips. But that smile quickly turned into wide gape when Mok reappeared. Eyes growing wide in amused surprise when she saw a narrow stream of water launched in her direction. Carina was too slow to dodge it, resulting in it landing in a diagonal line down her still dressed torso.

A gasp, then a laugh escaped her lips before she narrowed her eyes at him, a mischievous expression playing over her features.
"Are you looking for trouble?" She asked playfully before lifting up the hem of her dress and pulling it up over her head. Revealing long legs first as they lead up to round hips, and a slender waist. Throwing the garment to the side, she shook golden locks loose. With a smile that persisted, she walked towards Mok in a leisurely pace, a hand planted on her hip. Her skin was a great contrast to his, smooth and pale. Though from where he was, he wouldn't see the long scars that riddled her own back. Long healed, and almost completely bending in. It was a tough world after all; who could get away with avoiding any scars?

Standing at the edge of the pool, Carina met Mok's gaze. Slowly letting one leg slip down into the water, then the other. She stood knee deep in it, silent, words would not come.
