Anadeos Stormborn Physical Description Name: Anadeos Race:Svefra Age: 18 years old Birthday: Spring 21, 494 AV Gender:Male Character Concept Anadeos is a ferociously free spirit. He's a burly, aggressive man, with a wide set frame and sculpted muscles indicative of his long hours toiling on his ship with his long-time companions Bayern, Kelak and Eslor. He is highly belligerent with members of other races, not from actual hatred but more out of boredom. He has started several brawls across the coasts, and has had his fair share of conversations with the Lia about how his actions will bring ruin upon his pod someday, always responding with a rueful, “But, I swear he started it, he gave me this look, etc...” He is highly defensive of his companions and will not tolerate more than a harsh glare at anyone in his pod. Physical Description As Anadeos saunters about in a loincloth, one can see obvious scars across the right side of his chest and shoulder. The scars curve along an intricate tattoo of a raging storm. The ends of the scars tear into jagged lines, probably from the rending of blades as they left his flesh, forming surprisingly accurate representations of lightning bolts ripping through the clouds of the tattoo. Anadeos wears these tattoos and scars with pride as a mark of his allegiance to his pod: Stormborn. His skin is golden brown, tanned from long hours in the sun. Other scars adorn his body, earned through valorous combat in many drunken battlefields (pubs) across the coastal cities. Character History Anadeos grew up with the other children in his pod, forming incredibly close connections with his current companions from an early age. As they aged, Anadeos grew taller and stronger than his more intellectually inclined friends. He was often the one to stand up for his friends, and has joined many a brawl when they were insulted or threatened. Once, when spearfishing in a coastal reef, a shark separated him from his rowboat. In hot-headed rage, he charged the shark with his simple trident. After earning his fair share of bleeding gashes, he plunged the trident into the shark's mouth. Pulling it in, he tore into the sharks gill with his teeth in a vicious bite. From then on the trident has been his favored weapon, and he spent hours training with a military grade trident he bought from the next port town they visited. While traveling with his companions, Anadeos beheld the Great Djed Storm of Spring 512 AV. Barely surviving the tremulous waves and buffeting storm, Anadeos, Kelak and Eslor were warned before the storm by their Tavan, allowing them to prepare for the storm. However, they didn't know how terrible the storm would truly be, and their ship was badly damaged even in the cove in which they hid. Witnessing the wild fury of the storm even in their shelter, Anadeos couldn't help but wonder if his beloved family had any survivors other than the ones in his company. Now, with the Sulvan more or less calm, Anadeos and his crew still hold onto the faint hope that they may once again find their pod.
