Ronar's cottage, if that is what you could call it, was little more than a section of wall which had been hollowed out and had a door fixed on the front. A grate to the side of the door acted as a window and it was possible to see in, however, once inside, you come to realise that there are no windows with which to see out. It often appears near the walls of Alvadas and has the temperament of moving location 2- 3 times a day at least, especially when one is in a hurry. The door has a habit of tuning on its side, which can prove interesting. The inside of the cottage is extremely simplistic and consists only of one room. Dusty floorboards and pale stone walls are the only colours. The roof is noticeably small, as the original owners were, themselves, small. In the centre of the room is a fire pit, dug into the floor and surrounded by stones in which to contain the fire, which always seems to be gently burning away, only needing a poke every now and again to liven the flames. There is a bed to the uppermost left of the room (looking from the door) and a table and chair to the uppermost right. |
