Reimancer Question...

Can a Reimancer only control elements made out of their Res, or can they control elements in nature (e.g. if they are standing in front of a rock can they move it with their willpower?)

Well here's an excerpt from the article:

Res also has a second mode of operation, in which, instead of becoming another substance, it attracts that substance from the environment. This is more cost-effective and gives the Reimancer an important edge in the right environment - for example, a fire-based wizard in the middle of a blazing inferno.

So, instead of having to make it yourself, it can be attracted if it exists in the environment.
