Built high in the massive branches of Taldera's bloodwood forest, The Spires is a city crafted by the peaceful and scholarly Jamoura. Considered a haven for scholars and sages Mizahar-wide, The Spires is a mecca of philosophy and science that draws people from far and wide with its promise of deeper thinking and higher reasoning.

The Shrine of the Four is one of the very few locations that survived the Djed Storm of 512 AV. It rests upon it's own branch that extends from the Hahk'Maghtar, and is one of the only locations supported by the six largest trees in Taldera. A rarity indeed, it appears to be a small wooded area atop a branch nearly a hundred yards long and thirty yards wide. The most unusual feature is the stream that runs through it, something that shouldn't normally exist. The stream is fed by the Shrine to Makutsi at the base of the branch, and never run dries or freezes.
The Shrine was formed during the Valterrian by waves of Wild Djed. However, rather than forming some strange, dark, and twisted area, an area of unique beauty was formed. Trees began sprouting atop the branches, foliage began filling the gaps, and flowers shone brightly. But there were irregularities in the area. Some plants were growing anew, others fully flourished, and still others were beginning to wane. The entire area was in a flux of the seasons. Some pockets showed the new growth of Spring, some the death of winter, no matter what the current season or weather is currently. It has been noticed that whatever the actual season is, that season roughly dominates the Shrine, taking up about 40% of the area. The Jamoura are incredibly fascinated by the unique area, and use it to constantly learn more about the growth of flora that exists in the area, many adjusted and evolved to fit the strange cycles.
This area is used as a place of worship to the gods of the seasons, Tivaku for Spring, Sivah for Summer, Bala for Autumn, and Morwen for Winter. It is known that when the deity is walking Mizahar to spread their season, they make a stop at the Shrine of the Four. When this occurs, the Spirians will often bring them hand made gifts and seek audience from them. This typically occurs around the 6th day of every season, and they turn it into a festival that last three days. The children are the ones that benefit from this the most, as many games, festivities, shows, and food are available. There are no formal worshipers of the gods here, but many carrying their marks will find themselves attracted by an unknown force to this area, more so during their season.
