General Clothing: Character Concept: Personality: Avon is a free-spirited and optimistic individual that loves nothing more than to help and bring joy to other people. He derives pleasure from listening to the genuine laughter of people and feels content when a smile illuminates another’s face. Even if he doesn’t know a person on a deeper level, Avon can be extremely affectionate and will often seek the same in return, merely pleased to receive a hug of gratitude or a nod of thanks. Despite his optimistic and playful disposition, he still retains his wolfish nature when he’s in human form and can often forget his simple, polite mannerisms in favor of basic animal instincts. Being that he is a wolf entitles him to being extremely protective and loyal to those he holds dear, placing their well-beings above his own without any form of regret or hesitation. Sometimes…if he is severely irritated or remotely agitated, Avon will begin to growl in a threatening manner and may become inconsolable unless a loved one can placate him. He also believes that his bestial form and human form contain very little differences, finding it a hassle to put on clothes and forgetting when he isn’t wearing any. He seeks a master/mistress that he can pledge his devotion and love too, hoping that his potential master/mistress might even turn out be his life-long mate. Greatest Quality: Typically because of the nature of his race, loyalty is his strongest quality without fail. It is almost physically painful not to adhere to the calls or the aids of his friends. Major Flaw: His unpredictability. Avon can be happy and cheerful one moment and defensive or protective the next, not responding to threats towards anyone he cares about kindly. He is prone to being very emotionally and will have passionate outburst that can be quite irrational. Desires: Avon’s desires are one’s of simplicity but he finds difficulty in attaining it, which is where he encounters a problem. He merely wishes to find the person to whom he can devote the rest of his life to, knowing that their happiness will be contagious and affect him as well. He also wishes to be a master hunter. But this is secondary to his lifetime mission to find his master/mistress. Fears: Loneliness. Being a wolf entitles him to desire and seek out other people that he can forge bonds with. Being alone for extended amounts of time can make him depressed. He also fears the maintenance of his friend’s well-beings. Likes: Running, howling, hunting, speaking with animals, following scents, helping others, honorable people, affection and making others happy. Dislikes: Murderers, heat, and arrogant people. Strengths: His compassion and knack for understanding people. Basically, he is very good socially. Weakness: Can be easily manipulated at times and hot-tempered to the point where reason doesn’t reach him. Curiosity can also be one of his worse traits because it leads him to unfortunate situations. History: Avon grew up in the miraculous, beautiful city that is Lhavit under the guidance and tutelage of a Shinya Devoted, having no recollection of his parents at all. His earliest memory was of being cold and without a home in front of Lhavit’s gates no older than a few months of age, crying, confused, and alone. And by some miracle, a man that was to later be his surrogate father picked him up out of kindness and a desire to have a son of his own for he had none, and took him under his care. Growing up, Avon was often treated a bit differently because of his animalistic nature, often causing a bit of trouble for his father who would often have to apologize profusely for the boy’s antics, assuring most that he was harmless. It wasn’t unusual for him to be looked down upon with a bit of disapproval, the gesture growing so familiar that it no longer really bothered Avon, just at times making him uncomfortable. His situation only worsened when he tried to pursue the scholarly route, discouraged when the basics where insufferable and problematic to him. He managed to learn how to read, but even that proves to be bit arduous at times. Even so, he does take pleasure and enjoyment in reading books, even if he is slow to read. However, due to his lack of progression in the scholarly arts, his father took it upon himself to teach Avon how to wield a blade. He didn’t possess the diligence or strict nature to be a Shinya but he excelled admirably at hunting and stalking, finding a natural belonging in the wild that he couldn’t exactly find in the bustling, luminous city of Lhavit. Nevertheless, Avon still harbors a deep love for the glass city like any other Lhavitian, finding it to be perhaps the most wondrous city all in Mizahar. In spite of this, he still feels an incurable longing in his soul to seek an eternal companion with whom he can bind himself to, this restlessness eventually forcing him to become a wanderer of the Kalea region.
