The Avkatari woman took Chamaeleon by the heads, and began pulling her toward the edge of the Petal, "You know what I speak of. You are a mother now. Come with me child, I want you to see something." Vines moved out from beneath the Petal, providing a temporary bridge for the wingless woman. Suequorti led her over to the Temple, and pulled her inside of the wondrous garden. She led her through the exotically colored flowers, past the strangest beasts, around trees of unique shades, and into a clearing, filled with several Jamoura women and Kelvic women alike. The area was surrounded by ivy, purple tinted leaves, with hanging flowers of a lime green hue. The air was full of floral delight, and just being here revitalized and soothed the Ethaefal woman.
Suequorti led her to a rock to sit upon, and gestured for her to do so. The Kelvic women were all naked, as all their kind tended to be in The Spires, and all in various states of pregnancy, with one ready to burst immediately. Suequorti fluttered to the center of the grouping, "All of you were impregnated while under the effects of the Fog that put our city into turmoil. I know that many of you are troubled by this, since the fathers are unknown to you, and may not have been your mates. But this is not a curse, not an ailment, not slight against you. These are children of our Goddess. She's a fair goddess, and she knows that this is a glorious thing for you. Bright Ears, come here, you too Chamaeleon."
The heaviest of the pregnant woman stood up slowly and approached the priestess. "It is about time child." The woman was dark in skin, heavy with child, but still strong, lithe. Chamaeleon would see her that her ears were a much lighter skin color than the rest of, as the woman laid down upon the spongy grass. As soon as she was comfortable, almost as if on cue, water gushed from her womanhood, and her breathing began to grow ragged in nervousness, eyes darting around seeking help. "Chamaeleon, it's time for you to help bring a life into this world, a life that was gifted unto us from the Fog and the Goddess, a life you have within yourself, just like every woman here."
