Ok I saw this on my friends fridge the other day and, maybe I spend too much time in Riverfall, but I thought of the Akalaks.
One evening the old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside all the people. He said, “My son, the battle is between two ‘wolves’ inside us all.
One is Negative. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority and ego.
The other is Positive. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity truth, compassion and faith.”
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, “Which wolf wins?”
The old Cherokee simply replied, “The one you feed.”
So I changed it to this:
One evening a big blue man told his small blue boy about a battle that goes on inside all the Akalaks. He said, “My some, the battle is between two Forces.
One is a Dark Force, it represents anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority and ego.
The other is a Light Force, it represents joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity truth, compassion and faith.”
The blue boy thought about it for a chime and then asked his father, “Which Force wins?”
The big blue man said simply, “The one you feed.”
