[Riverfall Location] Zulrav's Tower

Just to the southwest of the Knirin Gardens on the top tier of Riverfall lies a smooth tower that has a spiral staircase leading up to its top. The top has a flat wide space large enough for a dozen people to stand facing the winds. The tower is home of Zulrav's Riverfall Stormwarden and is a place of recovery for injured Wardens who need time to recover. The tower holds several resident Stormwardens as well as allows for training and meetings for wardens throughout the region. Living quarters for about twenty people are present and a small shop at its base sells stormgems after major storms. The only way into the tower is via a secret entrance known only to the wardens. However, the top of the tower is open for the public and people are welcome to climb it any time other than during storms. It has often become a popular location for stargazing and Zintila worshipers paying homage to her at night. It is not unusual, however, for visitors to claim playful breezes and winds steal their things, shove them gently around, and otherwise harass them as if the very air around the tower is sentient.   Ackran Name: Ackran Race: Drykas DoB: 481 AV (31 YO) PoB: Endrykas Title: Tower Master & Stormwarden Priest Skills: Longbow 61, Dancing 55, Running 41, Aurisitics 25 Gnosis: 3 Marks Zulrav Ackran was born to the Emerald Clan in Endrykas. Born with one Zulrav mark, he earned his second on the Sea of Grass and his third in Riverfall when he felt called to the city to protect it against storms. Dancing the storms, as Ackran calls it, creates the vast majority of stormgems sold at the tower. Ackran is a very friendly approachable person. He's often seen at Coils and is a frequent contributor to anything to further the Drykas in Riverfall. He never goes anywhere without breezes following him, riffling his hair, and whispering to him about what they know. When he's in a dark mood, the winds rage about him. And while he can command them with a firm hand, he does not. He considers the winds free creatures and lets them rage as they will unless they are being destructive.   Shoiss Name: Shoiss Race: Konti DoB: 459 AV (53 YO) PoB: Mura Title: Stormwarden & Healer Skills: Medicine 62, Flute 51, Unarmed 42, Flux 33 Gnosis: Zulrav 2 Marks, Avalis 2 Marks, Rak'keli 2 Shoiss was Called to Zulrav and later to Riverfall to help Ackran craft the tower. She has dedicated her life to Zulrav and is considered a weather seer of the highest form because her Konti gift involves sensing what will come weatherwise long before her Stormwarden powers can tell her. Due to this unique ability, the Konti is very valuable to Riverfall and is one of the main reasons the city is usually forewarned about storms coming.   Stormgems The Stormgems sold here vary in size and quality of strength.
