Norra was born on Mura, on 4th of Spring 475AV. She lived alone with her elder sister (half-sister, but for a Konti only mother is what matters) and mother. Her father was Vantha, and that was the only thing she knew about him. She grew in perfection, surrounded by her mother, Rak'kei's healer, her sister, who sang, played piano and danced, and her aunt and two cousins who often visited.
She did not gain any Gnosis at birth. Her mother considered it cruel game of Gods, but Norra knew it was a sign, she wasn't meant to be neither healer nor seer, she wasn't meant to even be a Konti, she was meant to follow her father's footsteps.
Norra was charismatic child and everybody liked her. Her elder sister used to envy attention paid to her when she was born, so she arrogantly showed her how superior she was in many abilities and how much more gentle and femine.
Despite the fact Norra had family, while most Kontis lived only with their mothers, she was lacking father. She considered her own race too innocent, fragile, naive. As she grown her gift gave her ability to manipulate almost every single Konti she was in contact with. They didn't suspect anything in child. However, adventurous spirit thirsted for other races and their mysteries.
That would explain why Nora was so happy when she got her father's book from her mother. There were no stories or tears, just simple "Your father wanted you to have this". Her mother would never have given her the book, the book about Hypnotism, and ruin her peaceful, happy life, but she respected her lover's wish, she possibly still loved him.
After she received the book she started studying Hypnotism. That was only thing she clung to with her bare life, only possibility for her to lure out some adventure. She practiced and practiced, getting better in both magic and psychology itself at such a young age.
At the end of book she found signature: Adrian Roberts; written in messy handwriting, as if he was in hurry. This was her lead for searches years after.
Her mother taught her simple medicine, hope to pick some of her attention at traditional skill of Konti and their family, but only thing she ever pick up was treating simple open wounds. Medicine did not intrigue her and she didn't intend to devote her life to it.
After she finished 30th, she concluded it's time to go. She considered herself physically too weak to leave Mura, but she was sure she could escape from any trouble by her charisma only. After all, she did not intend to search for any trouble.
