Frostfawn Arvintas Arvintas are the sleeping and living quarters of the Vantha Holds. Each Arvinta consists of a communal meeting space and private rooms for the couples and adults. Children sleep in a shared room adjacent to their parents until their thirteenth birthday when they are deemed old enough for their own room. The communal spaces of these arvintas have hay covering the floor that is changed every few days. There are constantly animals running around the Hold and the Vantha know there is likely to be many accidents with so many animals inside for long periods of time. The Frostfawn arvintas are sparsely decorated as they get much more of a thrill discussing their pets and livestock rather than wall pieces. The most common accessories in these communal rooms are pedestals of varying heights around the edges of the room that contain dishes of food for the various types of animals that roam the area. All Vantha contribute food to these dishes even if they don’t own the particular type of animal that would find it appetizing since they know others will contribute to their animal’s needs as well. The private rooms of these arvintas are about as sparsely decorated as the communal rooms. Occasionally individuals will commission a Skyglow painter to create an image of a particularly beloved pet that they will hang on their wall. Some Frostfawn breeders will have lineages of their animals tacked to their wall for record keeping and bragging purposes while hunters who manage to take down particularly dangerous or beautiful game will have the prized pelts on display. The beds that adults sleep in are easily the plainest of all the Holds, but that doesn’t bother the Frostfawn a bit. Their bed frames are very simple but also very tall. They purposely have their frames built on tall legs so that their various pets can sleep comfortably beneath. Most Frostfawn construct cozy beds for their pets to slumber in beneath them. Often pets, particularly dogs and cats, will give birth beneath the beds and raise their litters in the warm, safe space. Living Expenses :
Living in an arvinta incurs common living expenses. If you are not a Vantha you must be invited by one in order to live here.
