It had been a strange day from the get-go. Yet nothing surprised Leigo as much as seeing the same tourist from before waltzing in front of him like it was the single most common thing in the world. How could it all be so casual? Should he not try and strike the man at least a couple of t… A Wave Guard uniform; how did he ever get that? Weren’t those guys like those that would save Zeltiva’s face if needing be? The tourist was nothing but scum. Yet clothes certainly seemed to make the man as people moved aside for him and a few others to pass. Not taking too much to catch on, Leigo too would follow after them. Whatever grudges blond initially felt against the tourist, they were now multiplied exponentially. Especially after learning of this guy’s Trident Champion status – who in their right mind would ever give him any shadow of authority within the city? A disgrace, that’s what it was! Remembering back how he let the scum slip away, Leigo wouldn’t allow it again. This guy… Wrenmae... He wouldn’t escape him just yet. There were things he needed to see and do and yell before anything came to pass. Since he was with other members of the Guard, Leigo would settle for just following them for time being. If Ukalas had a penchant for justice, his chance would come soon enough. |
