"I am spinning the silk threads of my story, weaving the fabric of my world...I spun out of control. Eating was hard. Breathing was hard. Living was hardest.
I wanted to swallow the bitter seeds of forgetfulness...Somehow, I dragged myself out of the dark and asked for help.
I spin and weave and knit my words and visions until a life starts to take shape.
There is no magic cure, no making it all go away forever. There are only small steps upward; an easier day, an unexpected laugh, a mirror that doesn't matter anymore.
I am thawing."

18th of Summer, 511, will forever be the worst day of Elira's life. She found her love with his pants loose around his ankles and another prostitute in their bed. The argument that followed was explosive; it was the worst they'd ever had. Daron packed his things and stormed out of their cubicle to blow off steam.
Elira ran off after him but he quickly outpaced her. She gave up, watching him head off in the direction of the Docks and figured he'd drink himself into a stupor at The Silver Silver and pass out there as was his usual routine.
But that wasn't what happened. The next morning, she found out that Daron had picked a fight with a man at the bar and lost.
She was gutted.
Daron was gone and in his place was an empty bed and a giant hole in her heart. She has missed him every day that he's been gone.
At first, all she wanted was to have him back...
Now that she's beginning to realize that she can't go forward until she puts him in the past, the past has come back to haunt her.
Strange things have been happening lately that have Elira questioning her sanity. Daron's been still in his grave for seasons. So why does the scent of his skin linger when she walks into their bedroom? Why does she feel him all around her after so many empty nights? Was that really his face that she saw out of the corner of her eye?

Gone from this world forever. Daron was the biggest jerk she ever met, but she could never get him out from under her skin. When he died, it destroyed her. She misses him with everything she has.
Oan Lebane
Her father is her rock. His passionate career in Medicine fueled her desire to become a Veterinarian. No one is good enough for his daughter and now that Daron is gone, he plans to make sure no one ever hurts his daughter again.
Thaska Lebane
Elira's mother is a good cook and a great storyteller. She's also the first one who sensed something wasn't right after Daron died, but her flare for a theatrical story is the reason no one believes her that he's not really gone.
