Typhos was never quite a fan of sweets, it was the reputation of the foods. He didn't care for people who ate them only to gain ‘sweet-tooth's', rotten teeth and its effects on being unnecessary for survival. In his opinion he would rather buy some delicious meats to have a feast rather then a candy. And yet, even with his strict diet, Typhos managed to decide he had worked out hard enough to earn a rare reward of some Salted Walnuts or anything salted, honeyed, or candied.

Putting on his cotton Pants, leather belt, and Low boots. Not wearing a shirt was natural for the pale blue bodied emerald-green armed Isur since he was proud of his bodies muscularity. While not expecting a fight he did set a throwing axe snuggly on his hip between his waist and belt. Slipping his backpack onto his back after slipping his boomerang into it, it was a nice toy to pass some time if he wanted to use it when bored.

Leaving his home he crossed the bridge to travel across the Petal of the Timid Cougar. He stopped for a moment to take in the sites to stand the edge of the petal. While it was far different from Sultros the people here were strong , thriving, living off of the land and make their own way. The sun was slowly slipping past mid-day just starting the end of after noon causing the clouds in the distant overcast sky to lose the brightness in their silver linings.

Trudging on, his steps eventually guiding him to the Petal of Vibrant Essence, where a few Jamoura stood talking with each other and shared brief nods with the Isur who passed between them. Compared to the tall beastly looking Jamoura, Typhos’s small five foot height made him look like a very powerful two hundred eighty pound child. Making his way into the Lollipop Stop and was immediately smiling from the sweat scents of candies. The decision now was what would he want to eat? A decision he thought over as he waked around the barrels filled to the brim with candy just past the entrance.

Sugar Rush [Closed: Chamaeleon]

Postby Chamaeleon on October 12th, 2012, 3:38 am

The Lollipop Shop was easily Chamaeleon's favourite place within the city. Her mind seemed to wander to the delectable candied fruits and the sugary sweetness of honey coated nuts and chocolate critters and fruits. Chocolate she enjoyed the most, especially the coated cherries.

She had been in the Lollipop Stop almost since the sun rose, having made the trip from the near abandoned Base Camp outside of the Spires. She now stood, contemplating the overflowing barrels of sugary perfection and salted heaven, eating a candied apple she had just bought. Jitter, at the counter, watched her curiously, but he didn't have anything to say just yet. She had bought the apple she was eating already, so the Kelvic wasn't that concerned with her.

Chamaeleon herself could feel his eyes watching her, but she didn't mind. There were other people about and his curiousity would be averted soon enough. There were other customers about, after all, and a few seemed about ready to buy.

She decided to think about the cherries a bit more and continued a circle around the counter in the middle. There were minted insects and chocolate candies in some barrels, but considering the smell of it she found mint wasn't all appealing to her. Instead, her eyes were drawn to a barrel of honey dipped pear slices. They appealed to her greatly and she hastened to get closer in order to buy them. She bumped into a few people, muttered a few apologies, and reached into the barrel to fish out a handful of around eight slices, effectively filling her hand, and took it up to Jitter, paid for it, and dumped it into a bag the man offered her. It was not the end of her shopping spree, however. She had quite the appetite.

Chamaeleon did however take a few moments to eat a slice or two. She eyed up the other people present with great curiosity.

OOCSorry for being so late to get to this, Typhos!
