Name: Elna
Race: Inarta
Caste: Chiet
Birthday: 10th Day of Spring 498, 15
Gender: Female
Physical Description:
Height: 4'9"
Weight: 98lbs

Elna's hair is bright red with long thick curls. Her eyes are a pronounced shade of blue. Many of her facial features such as her face and cheeks are fairly rounded, with other features such as her mouth and noise being rather small. Her frame is small but not considerably so and she lacks the muscle tone of a warrior with any kind of experience.

Personality:
Over time after being passed up on several apprenticeships, bondings, and other opportunities, Elna has become progressively paranoid and bitter. As her 15th birthday fast approaches, her chances to find her place in society are dwindling. Without any stand out skills she worries that she will wind up spending the rest of her life in the Chiet caste even Dek! She is easily jealous of successful people, particularly young people. For desperation and negativity often only serve to make her position worse. Despite this she is still a hard and determined worker and has the bravery to take risks. She make it a point not to turn down any learning experiences or chances to advance her life and give it meaning. This comes as a double edged sword as in has taken away her focus, to the point were she has nearly forgotten her personal interests, save her looking after and playing with her first pet, a blue jay named Iris.

Character History:
Elna grew up in the nursery. She was quiet and shy as a child, often keeping to her self. She never really had a favorite toy, often playing with quite a few different things thought a day. When she was given her first pet, she bonded with her instantly making a closer bond then she ever did to other Inartans. Elna decided to name her Iris because she felt her feathers matched her own eye color. This bond never really translated to the Wind Eagles though never properly getting a chance to ride one, as much as she would have liked to. She has spent the past 6 years doing every kind of Bendi, but none of them ever turned in to an apprenticeship, closest she ever got was with bird keeping. She sat and watched as her classmates advanced for stable careers and she was left behind. Her lack of successes progressively wore down on her as her reasons for introversion moved from shyness to contempt.

Hello adventurer, I'm Harrier, one of the Wind Reach AS's and I've been looking through your character sheet and noticed a few issues.

  • Spelling errors: Cheit=Chiet, "Wild Reach-"=Wind Reach
  • Your skills table is not setup properly. Please use a format like the following:

    Code: Select all
Skill name | SP/RB | Total | Proficiency
    Birdkeeping | 15SP | 17 | Novice
    Falconry | 10RB | 11 | Novice
    etc etc
Just press enter before the
to add a new skill and make sure you note the difference between what you started with and what you've earned via threads.
  • You need to specify what kind of falcon Seadhg is. Not all falcons are available for use as a novice. Owning one will basically mean keeping them in a cage until you have reached the appropriate level or are documenting supervision during the animals training.
  • Document in your history where she learned Vani.
  • PM me for a caste job assignment.
  • Your ledger is improperly setup. Please use the following format.

    Code: Select all
Purchase | Cost | Total
    Starting Package | +100gm | 100gm
    Falcon (specify) | -30P | 90P
    etc. etc.
This like your skills table is neccessary for us ST's to keep track of things when grading.
  • You have nowhere for your bird to live listed in your inventory. In order to keep a bird, you need to be able to provide for it: food, water, shelter. Letting it a songbird fly loose in a room is not exactly smiled upon, especially since her skills as a birdkeeper are not yet high enough to warrant complete control over the animal.
Once you've fixed these issues, PM me and I'll remove the intervention. If you have any questions about the above, feel free to PM me and I'll be happy to assist!
