How, the Pycon wondered, how, oh ever how, had he managed to get to Mura?
He understood the part of being a "bad pet" for running away, and even understood the part about being shoved in a bottle, but how had he floated all the way to Mura? He was quite sure he was stuck in the horrid glass container for a week, or had it been two? He plodded along the forest floor, dragging the bottle behind him by a piece of twine he had tied at the neck. It had taken forever to tie up the bottle correctly, being that twine was very abrasive on clay hands, but he had finally found a solution. Galeno used the bottle like a bit of a sled, using it to hold his paintbrush and belongings.
So here he was, trudging along, when all of a sudden, this thing just dropped on top of him. Definitely letting out a cry that he would deny immediately, the Pycon barely had time to scramble out of the way, when the owner of the mysterious sphere landed as well. Galeno had to lean up against a stalk, gasping with widened eyes. His stomach had clearly been indented by the falling fruit. Hugging his arms around his deformed midsection, slowly sinking to sit against the living backrest, the Pycon slowly, painfully slowly, reformed himself.
After a few minutes of this unpleasant changing, Galeno let out a heavy sigh and looked up to his attacker. Could the gods warn him next time they decided to make it rain bats and oranges? He closed his eyes, resting up against the shoot. "Please don't ever do that again. He said with a tone of agitation. Galeno's bottle had rolled off to the side, having kept his personal items safe from harm. He rose up and huffed, looking at the twine, which was at his feet. "Oh-- Oh, look here, now!" He was definitely not a very happy Pycon. "Gaah! Do you know how long it took me to tie that?"
Trudging over to the bottle, twine dragging behind him, the Five-inch Homunculus Bent grudgingly, muttering to himself as he began to try and re-string his bottle. That bat was going to pay. Galeno kept himself occupied, tugging on the twine, but to no avail. He fell back on his bottom and sighed, hiding his face in his arms. He hadn't eaten in quite a while. There were definitely pretty stones on this island, but none were edible. Galeno sighed and looked back up to the Bat, envying the delicious meal.
