Stands at 5ft 7 inches. Black hair, grey eyes. History ------------------------------------------------------------------ Maeva was born to into a family made of a Red Macaw and a Brown Bear. Her parents were as loving as any, slightly as dysfunctional as any. Her childhood was short and sweet. Life started out in Nyka - but having decided that the confinements of the religious city could not provide all that she wanted, Maeva decided to hit Syliras. For a few mizas, she found a safe way to travel (as a human, of course) into the new city. She found a close friend, a woman, who Maeva doted upon and admired hugely. Their relationship was a complicated one - it made men raise their eyebrows (and the tables they sat at), yet at the same time, the two women were fiercely close and protective of each other. When her dear friend left the city for good, Maeva decided to stay. She took the lessons that she had learnt from her companion and put them to good use - living her life day-to-day life within the walls of the city. Of course, that means that there are good days, and bad days. Concept. ----------------------------------------------------- Maeva is not a girl you want to try and take advantage of - not only has she got the capability to transform herself into the infamous Vampire bat - she'll fleece a man out of his gold before he's even took his shirt off. She's manipulative, seductive and cunning. On face value - not a pleasant girl. But as with all things, there is more to this beauty than what meets the eye. Although she can't read - something that she never learnt to do, unfortunately - Maeva does enjoy puzzles... She has a fondness to listen in to the riddles and challenges the locals at the bars will set each other to decide who will pay the next round. Finding a solution to a problem - however ridiculous - gives her a sense of achievement. Her ability to transform into a Vampire bat leaves her human form with good eyesight in the dark - luckily for her, seeing as she lives in a tiny room with no windows. Her pale complexion, dark hair and grey eyes are also reminiscent of a bat. She very often accompanies this with dark red lips. Also met first bondmate, Josette,. - 30th of Summer :: Whilst travelling between Nyka and Syliras, Maeva and her travelling comrades were targeted by a group of bandits. Maeva killed one, Josette the other three. - 35th of Summer :: Reached Syliras and moved in with Josette. 509 - 1st day of Spring :: Josette leaves Syliras in the night, abandoning Maeva. Distressed, angry and heartbroken, Maeva begins to spiral out of control - 4th day of Spring :: After meeting Rhysol, Maeva promises to serve and pay homage to him by continuing to stir chaos and downfall to innocents. He grants here with his first Gnosis mark (pending) Notes. ----------------------------------------------------------- ** Maeva's age has been a bit confusing since day one; with some people saying that Vampire bats live up to 20 years (so she would need to be approx. 8 years to be 23), and others saying that they live for no more than 9 years, (so she'd having to be approx. 2 years old). Apparently, Vampire bats live for 20 years in captivity and 9 years in the wild. So I've decided to set her age at the top end of this: as she isn't a bat 100% of the time, I think she'd live longer than the common 'wild' Vampire bat.
