Kyra turned and looked at Tourmal after he asked to join her. Her gaze poured into him and even though she stayed silent for a time, her lips curved upward as she thought it over. The drykas had no idea of what he was asking. The kelvic's life wasn't easy and in the past it seemed as if dangerous people had been attracted to her. Although even she didn't have any idea of what her life would be like once she returned to Ravok. Joining the Ebonstryfe was a big deal, and would surly change her way of living once she was back in the city.
"You want to travel with me back to Ravok, yes?" she asked after staying silent for a few ticks. "Going for such a long way...just to become stronger." She pulled the towel tighter around her shoulders, hoping to increase the warmth. The heat of the fire licked at her bare feet and calves. The overall heat circulating around the room whirled around her and slowly starting to dry her hair. Reaching down, she picked up the other towel that he had dropped on the bed and used it to dry her hair more. "And once you're stronger, what will you do?"
She was curious to know, being that he would be leaving behind his safe life in order to travel with her. He had his reasons, but when she first saw him sitting at the bar he didn't look like a man who wanted to leave the city. Kyra couldn't say for sure, humans were all so strange to her, and often did things that she didn't understand. "If that is your wish you may come." she nodded and pulled the towel from her head as she glanced towards him again.
"Just remember, I do not wish to return here, so if you have a change of heart..you'll be returning alone." She was being honestly with him, and hoping that he understood what he was asking for."I will leave at the season's end, if you still wish to come, meet me then." Looking down, Kyra noticed a damp letter on the floor. It had fallen out of her cloak when she laid it atop the line, but she hadn't realized at the time. It seemed that Tourmal hadn't noticed it either, or he just hadn't said anything.
"If I'm to help you, I must understand what you want. How do you wish to be strong?" The mischievous kelvic moved her leg forward covering the letter with her foot, then slowly sliding it backwards until it was close to her. She leaned down a bit, using the arm furthermore away from him to reach down with her hand and pick up the letter and slipping it into the matting in his bed.
