Bending to social pressure I shall now post some of my pictures.
Just one for now.
First, a scene.
Volunteer park, founded by fundamental philanthropists in early Seattle construction. A beautiful hilly park spanning approximately 50 acres.
I spend a lot of time here, in the winter when it snows (a rare event in Seattle) I like going up in the "Donut Statue" as I call it, and curl up just texting friends and bundling up just barely safe from the snowfall.
It's also home to the reservoir, you can see above in the photo,
the gorgeous water tower, humming day in and day out, a great place to drown out the world
The Asian Art Museum
And, The Conservatory
I'm looking after Sophia, my best friend's daughter, just strolling about.
When I run into a dashing guy. His name was James, and he was drawing. We traded a piece of pizza for a glimpse into his sketch book. He was good. Not as good as me, but he was coming along. He told me his current project was to meld human body parts into animals.
Sohpia stared into his eyes, and just gazed for several minutes. I was much more taken by his art. Inspired you could say.
We parted with smiled and when I got home I made this.
