Character Concept
Tinsel comes from a rather quiet family, so her parents gave her a name that's an anagram of the word silent, which they expected her to be. Boy, were they wrong! Tinsel is really outgoing and likes to talk alot! If she finds a good subject she can blabber all day long. She also enjoys painting, drawing and storytelling.

Character History
Tinsels childhood in Abura was quite different from the other children there, since she was different from everyone else. Sure, she still looked like a normal akvatari, but she wasn't the least quiet or melancholic and she always wanted to make new friends and explore new things. She also wasn't that good of a swimmer even though she has a furry tail. Whenever she felt like it, she flied across the city and to the home of an old Konti woman who's name she doesn't remember anymore. The old woman told her incredible stories in kontinese and sometimes vani, which made Tinsel learn a little of both of those languages.
Although she didn't follow her family's ways of muteness and melancholia, she did follow the family's traditions of drawing and painting, which she still masters.
