Located on the very last level that is actively used within the Caverns, Lab 15 houses Sahova's greatest minds that craft all of the Golem's used by the Citadel. The lab is the largest personally owned laboratory in Sahova, taking up all of the 15th level. Within it is housed creations, half finished golems and tools and gadgets the likes of which have not been seen in over 500 years. Nuits and Pulsers alike can be seen moving to and fro across the large space, working on one project or another for the masters of the lab. In the very center of the lab is a golem of truly enormous size. It takes up a quarter of the space in the lab, yet it seems largely unfinished. No one ever seems to be working on it, so perhaps it is simply a relic from the past long since forgotten.

Unlike the rest of Sahova, pulsers are not discriminated here. In fact they are more than welcome as labor hands to do things that neither nuits nor their golems can do. A sleeping area is provided for all living apprentices on one of the upper levels of the lab along with lavatory and foods ship in especially for apprentices under Kromby and Filch. Though treated well, the pulsers are made to live hard lives, rarely getting more than 4-5 hours of sleep at a time as they work tirelessly on developing and building the golems of Sahova.

A secret of this lab known only to the Masters and a select few apprentices, there actually exists another chamber beyond the lab area. This area is twice as large as the lab itself, and is home to the ancient War Golems built for combat with the Suvan empire. These golems are long since inactive, and now simply collect dust as the centuries go by.

Filch along with his constant companion Kromby make up Sahova's greatest Golem crafting duo. Both came to Sahova as a part of the ARMED Project, chosen for their skills and mastery of golem crafting. They had a hand in crafting nearly all of the most famous golem's of history, including the ancient war golems used in the war with Suva.

Filch is the Gadgeteering genius that created and design the structure of nearly every golem in Sahova. He is well known for his outlandish ideas and dazzling intellect which leads him to leap from one subject to the next, often too fast for most to comprehend what he is saying. Even before coming to Sahova Filch was well known for his ability to design and construct vessels for the art of Animation, and it was because of this that he was paired with Kombry to design and bring to life the golems Sahova has today.

In general Filch is simply too smart for his own good. He makes connections in logics almost too fast and absurd to be followed by most, though thankfully his ever present partner Kromby is there to decipher the gibberish into understandable sentences. Because of this Filch often remains silent, letting Kromby do most of the introductions and talking with apprentices and clients alike.

Kromby is a master Animator whose skills rival Zarik Mashaen, and in fact he considers him somewhat of a rival in his art. Kromby is in a constant struggle to help design and create golems that will prove once and for all that his skills surpass even those of the Archwizard, and while he knows this Mashaen is more than willing to allow Kromby to think what he wishes as long as it leads to greater advancement in the art of Animation and golem creation.

Over the years Kromby and Filch have designed many new types of golems for Sahova, though many are not mass produced as their purposes are specific for a certain task or even a certain nuit. Unlike his partner, Kromby comes off as one who is calm and collected, perhaps a bit slow compared to his genius counterpart. He often takes his time to explain a concept, feeling that a need for clarity fare outweighs the need of rushed explanations. In this Filch and Kromby often clash, but in the end they balance one another out, creating a steady rhythm within the lab and among all the apprentices and workers. Though he does not show it as well as Filch, Kromby has been considered a genius in Animation himself, though if called that he would quickly deny and accuse the speaker as being a suck-up. In his mind Kromby holds that actions, not words are what defines a person, and so if one truly wants to live forever he should create something truly grand that will stand the test of time and be remembered through the ages.

Like many of the living who come to Sahova, Cid came in search of bettering his skills. Once a proud student of gadeteering, Cid studied under many big names in Zeltiva, was the top of his class at the University in the fields of Gadgeteering, and if he had stayed at the Port City could have lived a very cushy life. Sadly his greed overcame him, and feeling as though he had not yet reached the pique of what he could do he set out for Sahova, from whence came rumors that the greatest Gadgeteers of Mizahar dwelled there. Within the walls of the Citadel he found what he was looking for, and became apprenticed under Master Filch. Though as with everything in Sahova, it all came at a price.

Once a large man, well muscled and handsome, the years Cid has spent on Sahova has stripped him of his muscular physique, thinned him and added streaks of early gray in his hair and beard. He is but a shadow the man that he once was, and though he is only recently turned 41 he appears to be several years older than that. Because Lab 15 takes rather good care of its apprentices, Cid has managed to hold onto some semblance of strength. His muscles are still there, though sagged, and his broad shoulders and big hands lead one to wonder what he must have looked like before coming to Sahova. Though he might not be as strong as he once was, he can still lift and handle more than the average human that resides on Sahova.

Cid has spent close to 6 years on the Isle of Sahova, and in that time he had grown frustrated in his lack of advancement. That is, until the Spring of 513 AV. For the last 2 years Cid had been working closely with the Master Embalmer Amaryllis designing new gadgets and contraptions for body modifications. This partnership has earned him the recognition of his nuit masters, as well as the Council of Five. Thus starting in the Spring Cid was given his own section of Lab 15 to work with, and along with this the title "Wizard" was granted to him as well. Wizard Cid specializes in body modifications for nuits, though he has been known to offer them to Pulsers at the right price. All dealings with Modifications go through Amaryllis, who then orders the parts from Cid at a later date.
