. Description: An all together loud, hot, and dirty environment, the Arms Galley is the workplace for all the labor intensive arts and artisans. One of the three largest caverns in Wind Reach, the Arms Galley is the home of the burly Inarta metal smiths, masons, and sculptors. Several forges are set up along the far walls of the main chamber where apprentices learn their trade, and no one can be too badly hurt by molten steel flying about, or overly wide swings of large hammers. Several finger like passages lead out of the main cavern and create small nooks for more practiced metal smiths and slightly less noisy crafters that would still sully up the fine works of art in the Craft Galley. If ever needed a person could easily enlist the help of a present crafter for the mending of their personal items, or tools of their own trade. Some artisans hold a booth to conduct separate business in but spend much of their time around Wind Reach plying their trade as directed by the Valintar. Often times and much to the pleasure of the Galley artisans an eagle rider unofficially designates one of these artisans as their favorite, subsequently returning to them for any future needs pertaining to their specific craft, though hardly ever compensated for the service. Due to the cavern's natural heat source it becomes a popular spot for drudges trying to escape the cold, and loafing youths, in the winter months as it does with anyone else who can find a reason to linger in it's warmth while orange hues bounce around on the natural rock ceiling. .
