. . . These NPCs are personal NPCs that Kavala Denusk supports in The Sanctuary as paid employees. There are no issues, however, with The Sanctuary Staff and friends utilizing these NPCs. Feel free to do so. However, make sure that you record their uses below so we can keep track of their happenings and personalities. In addition, these NPCs can be adopted to become actual player characters via permission from Kavala. Only active dedicated players will be considered to take on these NPCs and transform them into PCs. . . Name: Cadra Denusk Race: Kelvic Title: Cook Status: NPC - Up For Adoption Salary: 3GM Day Expertise: Cooking - 25, Food Preservation - 25 Biography:Cadra was purchased by Kavala from Rattling Chains and adopted as a ‘sister’ in thread (to be written asap). She is aprox 1 year old kelvic domestic longhaired cat. Larik is her twin. Kavala and Cadra are not bonded but are close friends and work together at The Sanctuary. Cadra is friendly, outgoing, and enjoys her dominion over Sanctuary’s kitchen and food preservation situation. She is willing to teach anyone who wants to learn and often accepts help or respites from her duties so others can cook. Cadra is known to play tricks on Rhy and sometimes steals Rhy’s prominent spot by the hearth or flat out curls up with the kelvic dog, when she thinks no one is looking – especially other cats. Cadra is actually Vantor Denusk's daughter, so actually Kavala's niece. Name: Larik Denusk Race: Kelvic Title: Guard/Watch Status: NPC - Up For Adoption Salary: 4GM Day Expertise: Wilderness Survival - 25, Hunting - 25 Biography: Larik was purchased by Kavala from Rattling Chains and adopted as a ‘brother’ in thread (to be written asap). He is a aprox 1 year old kelvic eagle twin to Cadra. Kavala and Larik are not bonded but are close friends and work together at The Sanctuary. Larik is friendly, outgoing, and enjoys his watchful position over Sanctuary’s exterior and herds. He is willing to teach anyone who wants to learn and often accepts company on his watch duty. Larik is actually Vanator Denusk's son, so actually Kavala's nephew. Name: Aweston Denusk Race: Drykas Title: Head Groom Status: NPC - Up For Adoption Salary: 4GM Day Expertise: Horsemanship 20, Riding 15, Leatherworking 15 Biography: Aweston and Kavala met in Endrykas when Kavala bought her first horses for Sanctuary. He returned to the Sanctuary with her to help her herd horses and ended up staying on as a groom. He is around Sanctuary and free to be NPC'd by anyone interested. Aweston is twenty years old and Bolden Denusk's half brother by his mother. He took on the Denusk name when he moved in with Kavala so there'd be no question that they were family. Name: Chalcedony aka "Chalce" Race: Inarta Title: Falconer Status: NPC - Up For Adoption Salary: 5 GM Day Expertise: Falconry - 25, Morphing - 25 Biography: Chalcedony turned up in Riverfall after the Spring Djed Storm. Her twin and her twin's Wind Eagle were killed in the freeing of Ivak and Chalce needed some time away. She hitched a ride with a courier/trade wing making a trip to Riverfall and is staying indefinitely to charge her batteries and get away from the loss of her twin for a while. Kavala is going to place an add in the city center and hire her for 5 GM a day to help with the mews. The thread will be done before season change. Name: Asdar Brightlin Title: Blacksmith/Weaponssmith Status: NPC - Up For Adoption Salary: 6GM Day Expertise: Blacksmithing 25, Weaponssmithing 25 Biography: Asdar helped escort Kavala's magecrafting items over from The Southern Boarder Post and decided to stay a while. He has a young daughter with him he is going to be supporting off his salary though she'll be a Sanctuary NPC as well. Name: Megan Brightlin Title: Kelvic Child Status: NPC - Up For Adoption Salary: None Expertise: Singing 25, Hunting 25 Biography: Asdar's young kelvic daughter, Megan. She is a kelvic cougar. She will be under Asdar's care while she is at The Sanctuary. Name: Red Title: Head Gardener Status: NPC - Up For Adoption Salary: 3GM Day Expertise: Gardening 25, Beekeeping 25 Biography: Red has been hired on as a permanent gardener and groundskeeper for The Sanctuary. He not only helps with the garden, runs the greenhouse, and watches over some of the children keeping them busy. He's also an excellent beekeeper. He has a tremendous fondness for cats, and thus gets along with Megan very well. Name: Cedar Title: Groom (Horses & Dogs) Status: NPC - Up For Adoption Salary: 1GM Day Expertise: Horsemanship 25, Animal Handling (Dogs) 25 Biography: Cedar is a versitile groom. He has skills with horses and dogs, so he does well. Being Drykas and of the Sapphire clan, he has adapted well to the life at The Sanctuary and is often seen about handling things when Aweston is away. Name: Rune Stonesong Title: Groom Status: NPC - Up For Adoption Salary: 1GM Day Expertise: Horsemanship 25, Interior Decorating 25 Biography: Rune works as a groom at The Sanctuary. She prefers her life there to the alternative of being a Nakivak. Quietly creative, Rune spends some of her free time decorating within The Sanctuary and recovering from loosing most of the Stonesong Pavilion in the Djedstorm of 512. Rune's name caught Kavala's attention and she bought and paid off her Nakivak contract before a male could purchase her siting the girl's age as her leverage to keep her out of Riverfall's underground sanctioned sex trade.
