V's Secret Recipes

Below you will find some of my favorite recipes, passed down from.. well, nobody. Well, sometimes random people.. but yeah. And when I say favorite recipes.. they are also my only recipes, because I don't make things I don't like. And when I say recipe.. well.. that is just kind of me trying to make them sound better than they really are. Anyway, here goes. (Pictures may be added at a later date, also, feel free to give me your own [preferably tasty] recipes [the secret family tradition ones, preferably >.> ])

V's Awesome Cheese Dip

  • 1lb spicy sausage (preferably jimmy deans brand)
  • Block of Velveta Cheese
  • Block of cream cheese
  • 1 can of roma tomatoes
  • 1 can of evaporated milk

    1. Cook sausage in a skillet or whatever it's called (i usually add a little bit of seasoning as well)
    2. Throw sausage, cheese, and tomatoes into crock-pot. It usually helps to cut the cheese up.. I don't know if it actually melts any faster, but I think it does.
    3. Add evaporated milk to thin as desired (always add a little, I think I do maybe 2 tablespoons initially, and then add more as needed)

    Delicious and Totally Easy Steaks

    • A lot of Italian dressing, at least one bottle, more depending on how many steaks you have.
    • At least one bottle of BBQ sauce of choice
    • Other seasonings (I usually use Tex-Joy and garlic powder)
    • Any kind of steak
    • Charcoal
    • Lighter Fluid
    • Matches
    • A Grill

    1. Stick steaks in a pan or something
    2. Mix the Italian dressing and about half as much BBQ sauce in a bowl, along with other seasonings, as much as it takes to completely submerge the steaks in the pan.
    3. Marinade over night, or all day.. or for at least 8 hours before cooking
    4. Dump way too much charcoal into the grill, pour way too much lighter fluid on it, then set it on fire and watch.
    5. Add more lighter fluid and watch the fire blaze hire.
    6. Continue to do so until you are bored of this, then wait for the charcoal to turn white around the edges.
    7. Cook the meat on the grill and cook to however you like it. I prefer medium well.
    8. Remove from grill and place on your plate.
    9. Enjoy

    Roasted Asparagus

    • Get however many bunches of asparagus you need.
    • Pre-heat oven to 400
    • Break off the woody end parts.
    • Stick in big ziplock with enough olive oil to coat it all and then shake it around until they are coated.
    • Sprinkle salt/pepper (or whatever seasoning, I used garlic salt and pepper)
    • Cook at 400 degrees for 25 minutes on like.. a cookie sheet or whatever
    • Eat.

    Ranch Style Beans

    • Buy a can of Ranch Style beans
    • Open can
    • Dump in pot
    • Cook
    • Experience deliciousness
