Winter has arrived, but the Suvan remains as consistent as ever: parties, festivals, and a general lack of urgency. With the Flotilla now both fully repaired and over its celebrations, it has continued the same trade hub role it had assumed before. The various pods have resumed their day-to-day hobbies as well: the Waveraiders have resumed raiding, the Whitecrests have resumed sailing through storms, and so on. Some pods are still missing members lost in the great Djed storm earlier this year, but most are beginning to assume those not found yet lost forever.

In the South Suvan, an unusually large storm has started building speed and momentum from where the Suvan lets out into the ocean. It seems like a natural storm, though much bigger than those that usually appear. Whether it will dissipate before it reaches the middle sea or whether it will continue to grow is undetermined.

Events This Season
Feel free to PM me if you want to do a quest about the following current events. These quests will be subject to the player’s interpretation, but also open to random posts from me. Also, even if you won’t be doing the quest itself, your PC may have IC knowledge about the related events.

Aggressions in the North
Word has emerged of some large sea creature has been attacking fishermen in the North Suvan. What it is exactly is unknown as of yet, but those who have been attacked - and have survived - claim that it's as big as a ship, with massive jaws and huge teeth. How trustworthy these eyewitness accounts are is questionable, but suffice to say this beast will be some trouble for whoever's trying to deal with it.

Run From The Storm
The storm in the South Suvan has come unannounced, and those who call the sea their home are reminded of the great storm from seasons past. The storm will not leave the South Suvan, however, its residents need to get out of there—and fast.
