Personality Tia'aria is a classical example of a Konti raised without need to fear slavery or entrapment. She is a devout follower of Avalis, Laviku, Ivak and Zulrav and so has a personality tempered by traits these four embody in their domains. She is calm and reserved, politely respectful to her sisters and visitors but does possess a flair of fire that awakens when something she holds dear is challenged. She isn't prone to flighty emotional displays or a lust for adventure. She is a homebody waiting for her Call and a chance to do what her destiny says she will. Aria respects the natural order of things. Dark gods are necessary in her view of the world and so are the gods of the lighter spectrum. She believes in acting in the interests of all and is slow to make deep, life changing choices that will resonate through the chavi of many. She is known to be straightforward and aloof as well as lacking any real moral inclination to save a person. She has the interesting trait of seeing a dying person and doing nothing for them but putting them out of their misery. For some this is viewed as the height of cruelty, but for her she is doing what is best for them in the long term. Of all the little things Aria idles her days with she is known to have many passions and loves. Fortune telling, reading, writing, painting, playing instruments and cooking are only a handful of her likes. She is also fond of swimming and fishing and knows a thing or two about fighting with the suvai her mother gave her. She has no thirst for adventure just yet and is content to make herself useful in her home city of Riverfall.

Appearance Aria has sandy blonde hair that at times appears white blonde depending on what she has been washing it with and whether or not the sun is shining. Her eyes are a vivid shade of teal that are surprisingly clear and deep for a young Konti lady. In terms of size and weight, Aria is average at 5'5 and 120lbs. She has something of a decidedly foreign face with almond eyes, full lips and a straight, broad nose freckled lightly along the bridge. She has been called drab on more than a single occasion but considers herself beautiful even so. Her Konti heritage is most pronounced in the scale patterning along her body in vivid colours of blue, green, pink and purple tones. In the right lighting her bare back often looks like a fresco of scaled art with no apparent theme. Gills also line the sides of her neck and delicate webbing laces her fingers and toes together.

History Tia'aria was born late evening to Alis'ana Avalyn and her mate, Ochisenor Chivarilis. As a child, Tia'aria was hearty, loving, open minded, and very energetic. She wasn't short any amount of playmates and made friends easily. She always had a great capacity for love and kindness, giving great thought to small gifts and acts of personal affection. She was the only Konti born in her family for the longest time and developed a close bond to her mother, learning Kontinese fluently in order to honour her ties to her people instead of Tukant. When her little sister was born, Aria was first awkward around her, unsure of how to approach an infant when she had only known other children. She began to warm up to Ora when the child was left in her care while their mother prepared food or did housework, and soon she became inseparable. Until Ora's death, the two of them were the closest of friends. They played together, swam together, and worked together. It was easy for Aria to say that Ora was her greatest friend and that her others paled in comparison. She babied Ora when she was sick, which was often enough, and encouraged her to do things that were difficult. When Ora died during the Djed Storm, turned into something horrible and monstrous, it broke Aria for a long time. She had been blind to death before that, since it seemed that Dira did not pay any attention to her family. She knew it was there, always, for outside of their city was a dangerous place, but she had never seen it. She saddened greatly and for a time remained that way, alone and remembering all the things she did with Ora that she would never do again. Aria really only began to look up with the birth of Llivaran, seeing in him the aptitude to be as close a friend as Ora was. Selfishly, she began to see him as her replacement and even though he is both male and a full Akalak, she believes she is capable of using him to comfort herself over her loss. Aria has remained in Riverfall her whole life and plans to stay in the city until she dies or her Call beckons her out. While she has moved out of her parent's and into the Pearl House, she remains close to her mother and father and even meets up with her brothers every so often for drinks or, more often than not, debates.

However, she did not enter another contract after giving birth to her son, instead marrying Ochisenor with the promise to give him more strong, healthy children. She has remained in Riverfall ever since, working as a baker to earn her keep in the city between trying to give her husband more children. His relationship to Aria is strained because she is currently unbound to an Akalak, but she cares for him because he is her older brother.
