Concept: Cylos, or just Cy for short, is a rather... unorthodox individual. Hes sassy, hes roguish, and hes suave... or so he'd like to think. In truth Cy is laid back, a little mischievous, but an all around good man. He follows a certain code of morals, loose as they are, and rarely deviates from that code. He values those close to him above all else and would fight and kill to preserve his friendships. Gold and other such material matters are more secondary to him... but that doesn't mean he would turn away free Miza either... History: Cylos was born to a simple family living under the high walls of Syliras. His father was a hunter, a man who favored the spear above all other weapons... His mother was a former entertainer from Syliras proper, an acrobat and dancer who specialized in harrowing tricks using unusual weapons such as the bladed cloak... The two met when his father came into the city for one of his routine stops, selling furs and meat he had collected and buying any needed supplies... Cy's mother just happened to be putting on a show in the market that day. His father fell in love at first sight, his heart nearly leaping from his chest at every new trick and stunt she performed... He came back to watch her regularly over the next few weeks until he finally managed to speak with her... He made a good first impression, and on his later visits into the city proper he would always visit this strange entertainer and chat... Over the course of a year they began to fall in love... Cylos was the product of that union. The two married and moved into a cottage close to the city walls, spending the next several years raising and training their new child. Through the years Cy's father taught him how to use a spear, how to hunt and track, and the honor of a Syliran man... not that that last bit wholly stuck, but still... His mother, on the other hand, taught him to live well, but live for himself. She taught him to follow his own idea of honor, and later taught him some acrobatics and the basics of using the bladed cloak. Cylos spent much of his young life in the woods helping his father with the hunt... eventually though he grew up, and felt the need to move away from his family and become his own person. As such he moved into Syliras himself and spent spent a bit of time living there alone where, eventually, he happened upon a monk, a master of the quarterstaff. Cy took some of the masters techniques and applied it to his own spear fighting, making a surprisingly dangerous and effective style... Recently though he has begun to feel a stirring... A need to find something new... and maybe make some new acquaintances on the way.

I have an athletic build... not too muscled but not flabby either. 5. How do you typically dress and what is your style? I like leather, usually clean cut and well fitted but... in a pinch? Who knows. Family : 1. Who are your parents and what are they like? My father was a huntsmen in Syliras, a stalwart and good natured man I guess... Mother was a performer who traveled all over before settling in with da... She tends to be a 'tough love' sort and made sure to drill me in etiquette... not that it stuck. 2. Do you have any brothers or sisters? Thank the gods, no. 3. What is your extended family like? Not sure... my mothers family lived in Zeltiva my fathers were mostly dead by the time I was born. 4.
