I really enjoyed your last two videos, Chev. Thanks for putting them out there!

I like your home gym picks. & just to add to your bodybuilding vid - those concepts aren't just for dudes. Women looking to lose weight and gain muscle can get really awesome benefits from weightlifting (and not the little pink 2lb weights; the squats/deadlifts/free weights are where it's at).

I also second Verilian's question. How did Xalet pump up his BB points?

If I might interject, I have a couple of questions pertain pertaining to Syliras and its people.

What is the general attitude of the people of Syliras, and how do they usually dress? I ask because I was reading through the lore, and couldn't really find anything, and it makes for an interesting plot device if nothing else in threads. Also speaking of interesting plot devices, do you perhaps know how the average Syliran spends his nights, and how they celebrate?
