If one rides hard east of Riverfall for about a bell, they'll come across the Kai’Neha Valley, a natural dip in the Sea of Grass, populated by a small forest. From a distance, the valley is all but unnoticeable, until near the valley's edge. It is home to a large colony of snarlwings for most of the year, as well as many other fauna in an eco system somewhat isolated from the surrounding Sea of Grass. Glassbeaks are uncommon in the valley, though not unheard of, as their bright coloring and speed is put to best use out on the open plains. Grass bears have been known to den here in the winter, carving out a home amongst the roots and fallen trees. During the spring and summer, the valley is lush, with vegetation making it difficult for larger animals such as grass bears and wild horses to even pass through without digging out a path. In the winter, undergrowth is buried under snow, making the trees seem much taller. Non-hibernating animals will root through the snow to get to the roots and tubers below, while many rodents and small mammals can be found throughout in burrows.
