He loves learning and hearing about others, and is always willing to listen to a person's story with an open ear and offer advice, sympathy, condolences or just a shoulder to cry on. Levon is rarely the person to suggest a game or activity with others, but whenever someone else invites him he's always happy to join in. When out in the field exploring or digging up new sites, or reading books about the Pre-Valterrain lifestyle, Levon can be almost unnaturally enthusiastic. Nothing is more interesting to him than rediscovering or learning something new, and the level of excitement he sometimes brings forth can be offsetting for those not used to it. He loves debating Philosophy or Politics though he knows little about either, always willing to hear others thoughts and opinions. His greatest interest though is in History, specifically the Pre-Valterrain world and especially the nation of Alahea. His greatest ambition is to rediscover the lost inventions and knowledge of the past and to see a new nation rise to rival Alahea. Levon is physically underwhelming despite standing at 6'1", lacking any semblance of endurance. He can be hopelessly uncoordinated at times as well, especially when it comes to things such as standing on a slippery rock or hopping from log to log. Levon is also something of a coward, at least when it comes to conflict with others, as he's a thousand times more likely to run from a fight than engage in one. He tends to avoid arguing or disagreeing with others whenever possible, even if it means he has to take on extra work or responsibility himself in order to do so.       Pre-Creation History "It is through Science that we prove, but through intuition that we discover."   88th of Winter, 492 AV- Levon was born in Zeltiva Summer, 494 AV- Levon's mother dies. Levon's father, Lionel, refuses to talk about it. Levon's first memory is of his father crying. Spring, 497 AV- Levon, encouraged by his father, begins learning to read / write. Fall, 500 AV- Levon creates his first archaeological field survey, detailing the immediate area around his father's cottage. Spring, 509 AV- Levon is 1st of Spring, 512 AV- Levon's father, Lionel, goes missing during the Massive Djed Storm of 2012. The chest Contains my few possessions when they're not in use, and my calligraphy kit can often be found on the table. I must get to know him better."   Lionel Sidonius "People who think they know everything are a great annoyance to those of us who do."   Lionel Sidonius is an Archaeologist of some renown and by far the more influential man in Levon's life. Witty and almost childlike in his enthusiasm, Lionel was always going off on adventures and expeditions into the wilds looking for Pre-Valterrian books and artifacts. He was also a highly religious man and passed on his reverence of the gods to his son.
