“What an idiot,” she sighed as he left the tent. She quickly pulled on the damp clothes, and worked through her sluggish mind. The awakening from Kreig had left her sluggish, but now with the knowledge of a meal outside forced her into life. With a grunt she pulled on her boots, before sliding out of the tent. She heard the voices of Kreig and Natasha talk, the smell of wood smoke filling the air. She could see the back of Kreig at the fire, his attention once more on the cub. It was good that the pair got on, or most of the time. It seemed that Orvin did not appreciate being grabbed by the paws and so, let out a quiet growl.
She gave a nod briefly to Natasha, before stepping round closer to the fire before speaking in a clear voice “You need to teach Kreig not to walk in on a woman when she is in an unsuitable state.”
After that Fallon was quiet, her eyes watching Orvin carefully as Kreig played with him. She'd settled herself down on the floor by the fire, feeling the warmth as it crackled quietly. She felt the damp clothes dry out, her joints slowly coming to life as she moved about. She rubbed at her hands, pulling on the gloves that covered them and awaited patiently for the prospect of warm food and a quiet evening.
