Apperance: Marcus stands 6'3" casting s shadow over many a man. His hair is a dirty blonde color, and it reaches down past his shoulders. Also, unlike most Drykas, he has a long unruly beard that matches his hair color. His skin bears many scars from battled and close calls with glassbeaks and his Wind Marks run across his right shoulder. His eyes also have deep blue hue to them.
Tarlok-The Cyphrus Strider :

Age: 22
Color: Dark Chesnut
Size: 15.5hh
Apperance: Having seen nearly all the same fights as Marcus, Tarlok too bears the marks of war. on his side there are three scars from a Glassbeak attack.
Information: Tarlok is the only constant companion that Marcus has ever had. He has been through nearly all of the turmoil and trouble that Marcus has experienced. Raised from a colt by Msrcus he loves and cheerishes Marcus.
Attitude: Marcus can come of as harsh and cruel but he only does so because he believed his increasing age makes him seem weak, however; more often than not he soon retracts any insults or rude behavior making him a decently liked man.
Beliefs: As a Drykas Marcus has always been passionate about what he believes in. This can be good for once he sets out to accomplish a task he doesnt rest until its done, but this often it cause problems for various reasons. Two things that he greatly believes in is respect fior women and his worship for Caiyha.
Religon: At a young age Marcus devoted his worship entirely to Caiyha. He believed that out of all the gods she was the most divine. It was her that gave them horses and provided that wildlife that the Drykas depending upon for food. Any ill talk of Caiyha in his presence will cause him to grow angry and draw his blade.
Habits: Marcus has two defining habits that he does on a regular basis. First is that he smokes a pipe every spare chance he can find. The other is that he whistles an old Pavi song from his childhood.

History :
Pre-Creation: Marcus' life began like any other child born into the mighty horseclans of the Sea of Grass. Born at the turn of the winter season, Marcus groomed and conditioned in the ways of the Diamond Clan warriors. As the protectors of the Drykas Marcus' was trained in survival and weapon weilding and he excelled, becoming a productive brother of the clan. In his adolesence Marcus sought glory and respect, reliving the tales of the greatest Drykas warriors as if they were his own. During his thirteenth year of life he earned his windmarks and priced himself among his peers by slaying a Glassbeak that nearly took his life.
Marcus' early adulthood was a time of great confusion and distress for him. He was an excelent warrior and he was highly reapected by his peers, but he had also become a deeply convicted man in the service of Caiyha. He had often convinced himself that he would be able to balance his duty to his people and his duty to Caiyha, however time and time again his decisions failed one or the other.
During his mid-thirties he had become a man of some reknown. He had proven beyond a doubt that he was a great warrior by saving his hunting party from a flock of Glassbeaks. He was able to use his social standing among his clan to spread Caiyha's teachings and for once in his life he finally found balance between husband two great loves.Not everyone was as excited about his rise in social prowess however; and man for another Pavillion called him out and a duel began. It was clear that Marcus was the superior warrior but the man had a plan that would gain him the upper hand. When the chance arose the man began whispering blasphemus comments about Caiyha, knowing that it would anger Marcus. Marcus became enraged, and in momentary lapse of judgement Marcus killed the man.
Everyone knew that the man had urged Marcus on, and no one blamed him for his actions. After that moment he decided that he would leave his home and he would only return once he knew he had atoned for his sins in Caiyha's eyes.Always hoping he would find some serene or divine message that he was on the right path he left his home.
