Additional Info:Garob of Ahnatep is a well-traveled Eypharian. For most of his life, he conducted business in Ahnatep. Clay is scarce in the desert region making his dealings more lucrative. The catch was, it required a great deal of travel. After many seasons of traversing the Kabrin Road, he decided to settle down in Riverfall. It meant a bit more travel, but he'd had enough of the scorching heat and the dusty roads. After receiving his citizenship he began his reputation in earner.
This gentlemen is a vivid personality. He gestures wildly with his arms and tells grandiose tales of his youth. Though still handsome, his skin has begun to line with age. He tends toward introversion, secluding himself ofttimes to the work rooms of the back. Garob struggled with being a workaholic and is only kept in line by his Kelvic Bondmate, Alheira. To counteract his constant activity she shifts into a indolent housecat, demanding attention from all of his appendages. Their relationship was the primary reason for his moving into the city proper.
Garob deals well with customers and is sought out for his unique style. Each ceramic item is crafted with care and evaluated many times before being displayed. His work ranges somewhere in the thousands, easily. Each object is inscribed with a calligraphic "G."
Rent - 200 GM a season
The flat is unfurnished, as when Garob left he took all his possessions with him. The walls have a bit of water damage but otherwise it appears as an empty, spacious attic. The windows are essential as it becomes laden with dust, most especially in the Winter.
The logic behind the ridiculously low price is the requirement that the proprietor must know the individual and have worked with them to offer the place. Those living above the shop are expected to keep a vigilant eye on the objects. It's also intended a measure toward theft prevension.
