What I Got Race: Inarta Birthday & Age : Spring 42, 492 AV (18 years old) Gender: Male Pride and Glory Kellan Lucia (pronounced Lou-sha) is short for a guy standing at about 5'6 and weighs 160 pounds. He has striking red hair and golden eyes. He has a boyish smile that he wears almost nonstop. He has muscle but not so much that he looks beefy. He has sort of a scrappy look to him. His body has a lot of scars due to his tough up bringing in Wind Reach. He looks happy almost all te time but of you get him angry you will know right away. Kellan has fair skin like all other Inarta. Kellan's ears are both peirced multiple times with rings and studs. His nose is also peirced. He normally wears a ring but on occasion he will put a stud in. His navel is also peirced with a ring that he never takes out. He often likes to have a few small braids hidden among his shaggy red locks. He is hardly ever found without at least one braid in his hair. He also likes to add beads to the ends of the braids or simply just string them in his hair. Kellan also has a great body so he is often found with no shirt on. When he does wear a shirt it is usally a light shirt. He has been known to wear heavier clothing if needed though. He has a few tattoos on his body. He has the words Wind Reach written in cursive on his left wrist to remind him where he is from. He also has an eagle tattooed on his right shoulder to symbolize his love for the birds even if he does not have on of his own. He has a tattoo with three small paw prints on it on his right ankle to symbolize his love of nature. He has black, purple, and blue stars running from the middle of his thumb and pointer finger, around to the inside of his wrist, and trailing up the inside of his arm until they meet the crook of his arm. On the left lower part of his back right above his pants he has a purple and blue moon and trailing away from it and twisting onto his stomach are more blue and purple stars. The stars stop shortly after getting to his stomach though. His last tattoo his across the left half of his chest and it reads "The sun will still rise tomorrow" in cursive as a reminder not to worry about the present but to look toward the future. Inside The Mind of The Boy Wonder, Kellan Lucia Kellan is an extremely social young Inarta. He is training to be an eagle rider and is currently trying to bond with an eagle. He loves to socialize, especially with girls. He is always the center of attention because he simply knows how to get people interested in what he is doing. He is very friendly and is extremely easy to get along with. Some more mature people do not like him because he is so friendly and open that he seems immature. He knows when and how to be mature, he just chooses not to be. Kellan loves a good fight and weather it is a physical or verbal he will take on any opponents with pleasure. Kellan is a master archer due to his Inarta upbringing. He is always the first one to help if someone is hurt and always believes laughter is the best medicine even if his "patient" is not in the mood to smile. Kellan is a huge flirt and if he likes someone they will know immediately. He can come off as sort of cocky due to his ease in talking to people and feeling comfortable with himself. He really is down to earth when you get down to it. He is just a very boyish guy. He usually has a very happy and playful demeanor until you get him mad. He has absolutely no issue with showing emotion and will let out any emotions that come up. He also has a big love for alcohol and is known for being able to drink large quantities of it without getting very drunk. Kellan may seem like an immature player but really he is extremely mature. He also truely wants a solid relationship but he has never found someone who he felt he wanted to spend the rest of his life (or even the rest of the month) with. Kellan has a soft spot for animals, especially birds. His whole life he has been very good at working with animals. Kellan is an all around great guy, he just gets to be a little to much too handle on occasion if you don't like guys that sometimes take the joke a little to far. He also really likes pestering the Drudges. He never physically hurts them (reason in his history) but he loves to mess with them like he was their annoying older brother. The Shadowed History... Kellan grew up in Wind Reach among his race the Inarta. He is proud to say he is one of the lucky Inarta boys that lived through childhood. He was born to Emmett Lucia, an eagle rider and Shren Lucia, an expert glass blower. He was born as a with a twin named Toran who unlike Kellan, did not live through the hard childhood of the average boy in Wind Reach. Toran looked almost identical to Kellan except his eyes were green and his hair was more of an orange red in comparison to Kellan's striking red hair. At a young age their parents had let them have what ever peircings they wanted. Kellan chose many peircings (look at physical description for what he has) but Toran only peirced his lip. Toran was never as strong as Kellan and was destined to become a Cheit. It made Kellan sad but there was no sense in making Toran a glassblower or an archer with how clumsy he was. Kellan on the other hand was destined to follow in Emmett's footprints and become an eagle rider. Kellan had wanted to be an eagle rider ever since he first saw the beautiful birds flying through the sky. From a young age he was captivated with the sky and dreamed of the day when he would be up there amount the stars and clouds on his own eagle. He grew up very popular among the rest of the inarta youth. He always got attention from anyone he wanted attention from. Even if he had a story as unsignificant as watching a feather blow across the ground he made it interesting and soon had large crowds listenting. He often defended weaker kids because of how uncapable his twin brother was. When Toran died he was fifteen years old. He had seen three other Inarta boys stabbing him with knives because he was too weak and destined to become a chiet. Kellan jumped in and tried to save his brother but was unsuccessful and he died in his arms. Kellan took the death of his twin very hard but he knew he could not waste his life away mourning him. He knew Toran would have prefered his brother to live a happy life then to mope around all the time. When ever Kellan gets scared or worried one can usually find him with his eyes closed and his face upturned whispering to Toran in Nari, the language of the winds. The death of his brother is the reason why Kellan is never physically abusive to the drudges. Yes, he pesters them but he could never bring himself to physically hurt them because he knows that if Toran was still alive it could have been him. On occasion one can find Kellan covering for a drudge if they break a plate or some other small mistake. He feels if he does this he is slowly paying back his brother for not being there for him when he was getting attacked.  After the death of Toran Kellan became extremely violent and irritable. He would often lock himself in his room for days on end and he would not speak to anyone. When he would leave it was usually only to train or to eat. He was the complete opposite from who he is today. He was the kind of guy that if you even looked at him wrong he would pin you to a wall. He had sent a good amount of his fellow Inarta home with injuries due to his fiery temper. His mother asked him daily to cheer up and every day he snapped at her. It never stopped her because she was, to put it plainly, a worried mother. One day his mother stopped him while he was walking out of the house. She told him to try to smile more and walked out of the house and never came back. He has stayed away from home since. He often sees his parents but refuses to talk to them. He really is not mad at them anymore. They were only trying to help and he was being a dramatic child. He is embarrassed and is unsure if they will forgive him. He hopes to get back in touch with his family someday but right now he is still to scared to face his parents. My Feathered Friend Alwin is Kellan's Wind Eagle. The two have just recently been bonded and are still getting used to each other. There are still things about Alwin's personality that Kellan has yet to learn and the same goes for the great eagle. Kellan wants nothing more than to be the best rider he can be and he feels with all his heart that Alwin will help him reach that potential. Although the two are recently bonded Kellan feels close to the bird. He is protective of the eagle and treats closer than a brother.
