He has blacken hair that he keeps at a short medium length and black eyes. All identifiable marks are definitely not in the form of art , but rather scarring from willing abuse from his life time training in the Ano cult. Both of his forearms are riddled with scars from deep burns. His back is covered in faded physical damage from cuts, scrapes, and slashes. Apart from injuries and scars, his posture is outright militaristic. His clothes are typically kept as clean as possible. Having an affinity for always wearing muted colors like black, grays, and when a situation calls for bright attire he will wear all white. As far as facial hair goes he never lets stubble grow on his face, and when he does he fully commit and will keep his it trimmed and neat. His most distinct physical feature comes from his mark of severing given to him by Gnora. The bones within his left forearm have been twisted, warped, and made denser with elaborate patterns etched into the bone. The pattern are visible through his skin and can others can feel the etchings in his bones by dragging fingers along the patterns. The reformed bones in his left hand now possessing enhanced resistance and density, providing a last ditch form of defense against a blade or extra strength in unarmed combat.

Character Concept Calculated. Machiavellian. Ruthless. Logic and balance are his personal philosophies. Loken will try to remain a logical individual simply out of his sheer force of will even when presented with unmentionable pain, suffering, and torture. This is not out of spite towards those who would come to persecute him or cause him harm, but from years of training to control his emotion as an Ano Cultist. He doesn't relish stoicism but it is a core part of who he is and the path he walks. In short, he is a hypervigilancte man, but there is a point where vigilance becomes something more cold and overbearing. He is a methodical and calculative man of practicality who takes enjoyment in furthering his knowledge base. While a man of his word, the context of his words can be twisted. It isn't often that Loken deals in falsehoods but will stab someone in the back if they venture into the gray area of an agreement. This by nature makes him a man of of dark integrity. Lives will not be taken in vain, or out of spite, and deaths that do occur ultimately serve a greater purpose. All affiliations, partnership, or pacts are nothing more than a step to further his own motives. If he believes something is out of balance he will fill a roll to even out the disturbance. And for better or worse, he cares very little for those he hurts in the process so long as order is kept.

Character History Childhood : Loken believes he was born in Sunberth because he was placed into an orphanage there as a baby. (In fact, he was born in Denval) He never knew his true birth parents and began his rough childhood there. He was adopted by a couple who could not have children of there own. His adopted father was a cook named Wynrick Vax and his new mother who was a baker named Ecka Vax. They ran a small bakery together and often fed the homeless with leftover bread. Loken's childhood was relatively normal up until his fifth birthday. He watched on helplessly as his mother burn to death within her own bakery. It is a memory that is still burned into his memory to this day. She was burned to death by a homeless man who had become agitated that the bakery had ran out of free food to give him. His father was devastated at the loss of his beloved wife and abandoned Loken in the city, leaving the child behind who reminded his adopted father of his lost love. Loken, lost and confused, became a street urchin within the tent city. He befriended an old Benshira beggar who told him about a group of people who specialized in finding logic and order in life at a school in Ahnatep. It piqued his interest enough to obtain passage to Ahnatep on a merchant ship with the begger after working as a child courier for a short time. He was ten years old when he first arrived in Ahnatep and joined the Ano Cult there. He hoped that the Librum would give him the something that his life was missing. Quickly taking the blessing to become a Weighted Initiate of Gnora's teachings without hesitation. Librum : Life at the Librum was comparable to hell for the first year of his training and studies. Often awakened from his bed in the dead of night by his sponsor, Pon Haylen, and ordered to sleep on slender rafts tied to the rocks out at sea. Rafts that were coarse, filled with splinters, and could hardly be called boats that were only trunks of palms roped together. Instructed to to learn to sleep peacefully on rough waves as they crashed against the rocks. On more then one occasion Loken had nearly drowned after falling into the while sleep deprived. While reading books he would have to withstand burns and cuts without an emotional response and continue his studies as if nothing had happened. Often being burned on his hand while he was in the middle of writing. Loken's life was suddenly filled with constant self-discipline and awareness. Practicing his martial arts every single day, rain, hail or shine. Accomplished through drills and exercises like reaction time drills, continuous repetition of martial techniques, weapons drills, partnered coordination exercises on a daily basis. To balance his martial arts specialties he grew to balance combat with mindful meditation. Quickly building a mindset that all things and circumstances are what they are and equally connected. There is no good or evil, positive or negative, everything serves a purpose in the logical balance of life and death. Learning to maintain balance in his own life despite sorrow, suffering, passion or pain. This outlook on the nature of the world often led him to seek knowledge within the sanctuary of the Temple of Dira. Once he obtained his first mark from Gnora after passing his Purjin Trial to gaining the title of "Pon" within the cult. Loken set off to live his life with logic as his path to serenity.

There are several components to the Tiger hook sword: The back, which is used as regular swords when swung. The hook, which is used to trip enemies and to catch weapons, not to mention the rather more obvious use of slashing. Likewise the outer tips of the the hooks curvature is sharpened to use the edge of the hook as if it were an Ax. The end of the hilt, which is sharpened into daggers. The crescent guard, which is used for blocking and slashing.

Gnosis Severing (1st Mark):With the first mark, followers are able to temporarily dampen feelings of pain and hunger. Pain is not entirely absent, but it is reduced to half its power. The follower can also put a rein on some emotions, suspending them for a few minutes daily in order to get a clearer idea of situations they find themselves in. Perhaps the ill-will they perceived in a person turns out to be inflated, or their affection clouded proper judgment of another’s motives. Overwhelming emotions such as grief and rage, are still difficult to resist. Activating this aspect of the gnosis allows followers to maintain just and accurate appraisals. While he is a proud a person, Sartex is also a supremely passionate one. He lovingly cared about a great deal of things. That was where everything started to go wrong. He wanted loyalty from friends too strongly, wanted the love of females too savagely, he felt attached too quickly, and distrusted the people he cared for immediately when they left his sight for only a brief moment believing them to be plotting against him. It was quickly observed that the dark brother had arisen within the child before his light brother. His family believed when the light brother would arrived that Sartex would find some manner of balance with his personalities, but they were all wrong. The light brother was shown to have no attachments to anything in life. He argued that life was without objective meaning, purpose, or value. While one brother sought to be apart of the world with savage passion, the other wished to separate himself from it with stoic passivity and view it as a spectator to observe and learn the truth in its ways through logic. As Sartex grew older he could not find a balance between the too personalities and quickly became branded as a Cerulean. Sartex is unable, or rather uncomfortable, in expressing affection and emotion towards others. On his path to understanding logic in hopes of seeking dominance over his lesser personality, his light side follows the path of Gnora.
