There was a certain peace to Zeltiva that Ignotus couldn't help but appreciate. The stigma attached to magic in most parts of Mizahar were virtually nonexistent here, a Nuit like himself could live without harassment, and the Wave Guard, while not the most amazing, kept order. Things were pleasant. Tranquil, even.

So it really meant something when people were getting weirded out. Evidently some fellow with an incomprehensibly strange carriage was tramping about the place trying to convince people to buy earrings that would make their phalluses longer or some shyke. Whatever it was, he seemed an interesting fellow, and Ignotus liked to meet interesting fellows. So it was off to the streets to find the man that everyone else was apparently avoiding.

A thousand thanks to Phoenix for the gorgeous blue frame, and a thousand more to Edreina for her beautiful magic-themed one!

Should one view Zeltiva from the air on this particular day, they would have been greeted by quite an atypical sight for the city. The citizens, usually hustling and bustling every which way, were moving in quite an organized pattern. And this pattern was centered around a small, rickety cart pulled by two crotchety donkeys, both decorated with various contraptions that seemed to be made of bones. Rather, there was a hole in the crowd wherever the donkeys went. They appeared to be headed towards towards the outside of the city, perhaps Mirahil Pass.

Within the carriage, were one to interrupt such a meeting, they would find a man and a woman, one named Timothy and one named Helena. She appeared much older than the man, even with a few wisps of grey hair poking through, but this seemed not to matter to the youthful man. A "demonstration" of sorts was going on, Timothy showing her how a certain pair of earrings would work should she buy them for her husband. And, from the rocking of the carriage and the seemingly-knowing glances the donkeys kept throwing to one another, it was rather clear for any passerby with experience in this world what was going on.

And, from the guttural noises coming from within, it seemed the demonstration was proceeding quite well. Timothy would be getting quite a sale today. And Helena would be getting quite a deal.
