Name: Toggie (Birth name: Tulie Mannre) Race: Human Birthday & Age: 3 Summer 483AV (Age 29) Gender: Female Birthplace: Syliras Physical Description: Toggie stands at about 5’1. She is bordering on having a pear-shaped form. She has dark brown/black hair that hangs down in loose curls to about three inches up from her tailbone. It is often tangled. Her eyes are dark brown. Her skin is pale but slightly rosy. The most recognizable thing about her appearance is the fact that she is always seen with a scarf of some sort wrapped around the lower half of her face, hiding an ugly facial disfigurement she has had since birth. She tends to wear clothing that hides herself as much as possible. She keeps all the scarves she’s not wearing on her face at the time tied around her waist. Usually the only splash of color on her. Character Concept Toggie is a gentle person, at least she tries to be. She’s hard to get to know because she’s barely noticeable. However, that is her own doing. She tries not to be noticed. When she was born, she was born with ugly marks on certain parts of her body, disfiguring one of the lower quarters of her face and causing her to be unable to bend one of the fingers on her right hand. She has kept a scarf wrapped around her face at all times for most of her life. She’s a slight kleptomaniac when it comes to things that might prettify her. Personality Toggie seems shy and gentle to most. However to those she likes she is a bit wild. She wants to be fun-loving but usually finds it at the misfortune of others. She entertains herself with mischievous or solitary things. She comes across very childish. Ethics Her ability to tell right from wrong is a bit flawed due to a lack of anyone caring to teach her. However, she does alright and other than the occasional case of sticky-fingers, she’s rather “good” and law abiding. Mostly because she sees no reason not to be. Character History Toggie, or at the time, Tulie was born to a married couple who weren’t exactly “Well-off” but they were a happy pair. Her father was a shopkeeper and they lived in a tiny room above the shop. When Toggie was first born her parents didn’t particularly know what to make of her strange appearance. For the first little while she went without much attention. However, in time her father grew to care for her greatly. Her mother, however, tended to ignore Toggie. She was mostly unaware of the reasons until she was about five years old, when she finally realized she looked different. This is when she started wearing scarves on her face. Though her parents tried time and time again, they couldn’t create another child. In time, Toggie’s mother sunk more and more into an obvious depression that Toggie was too young to understand. Until one morning, when herself and her father awoke, and her mother wasn’t there. Toggie’s father continued to care for Toggie as best as he could. He taught her basic skills, he brushed her hair and kept her better clothed than himself. As a young girl she helped him clean up around the shop until she felt brave enough to spend most of her time outside (With her scarves) Soon after, the name “Toggie” developed. She named herself this and isn’t fond of telling people why. However it is possible to get it out of her. To this day she still lives with her now ailed father. Language: Fluent language: Common.
