Feeling lonely and wondering if he could find a friend he wandered over to the table with the man and woman. "Hello, my name is Wolf, may I sit with you guys?" He nervously said wondering if anyone would care enough to let him sit or if they didn't want him to be there with them.

((The character's history, nothing more; and perhaps you misunderstood the contents of the post?))

((and on that note, it's would be a little difficult to look aggravated behind a veiled hood let alone a mask!))

An acknowledgement… well by the gods it mattered not, as of yet he’d done very little to make himself unsolicited within the establishment. It was strange though… were all of them damned psychics or simply paranoid? Several prying eyes had already been in the process of searing holes into the back of his head; and that being but only one hand of the minute passed by since he’d taken his seating.. Lich sighed in a dead beat manner before kicking his silver scaled boots up onto the nearest vacant stool, relaxing (or at the very least attempting to) as it were into the leather upholstery of the bar chair.

The assassin tapped the table in front of him twice, signalling for a drink as he pondered in silence…

((yeah, sorry if I misunderstood lich, the content of your previous post seemed a little ambiguous, or maybe I just couldn't figure out what you meant, because you don't have a history on your character sheet. Also, didn't know you were wearing a mask. after looking at your character sheet i saw it, but, there was no description of you at the beginning of your post, just sayin =P ))

Tipping a wink at Akiva, he smiled and moved as if to stand. The moment he shifted his weight to stand, his legs and back instantly reminded him of his long trek to the city, and suggested that he was sore. Wincing slightly, he settled back down and looked across to his new companion. "maybe we could have another round and share a few storied first?" he said, hoping to disguise the fact that he was disinclined to move for a while, now that he had taken a seat. he caught the waitress' eye and raised a 2 fingers to signal another round of ale. as he turned back to the girl, another man walked up and and asked to sit down. somewhat startled, he nodded his assent. "I guess this is what it's like in the city. or maybe I'm just really interesting." he thought with a small laugh. "Yeah sure, sit down, share a story or two with us. I'm Keorvic by the way." He said, smiling at the newcomer.

Akiva watched as Keorvic shifted. She thought he might have been getting up, but he winced and didn't move. "Are you hurt?" she asked, genuinely concerned. She didn't want her new playmate to be damaged. She frowned, but upon hearing his offer became immediately happier, "Ooh, story time! I'd be fine with that."
The first darkly clad man to have come into the tavern now approached them, asking to have a seat at their table, to which her new friend Keorvic agreed with a smile.

"My name's Akiva. Akiva Korvashi, and this is Kipps" she said, pointing to the sleeping cat at her feet, " Nice to meet you..." She said as if asking for his name.

Amazed that they would let him sit, Wolf sit at the table with them. "So what are your names?" He asked, "I was just coming into the tavern to look for people to be with, and I thought I might sit with you guys." Wolf seemed a bit nervous but happily sit with them. It had been a while since he had friends to talk to.

((ambiguous would have been an understatement hadt it been true! -le sigh- I guess I'm not feeling all that creative today D= my apologies everyone; please don’t allow my vague style of posting to cause a bother..))

With yet another vanishing act played upon the eyes of the inn’s benefactors, the shady gentleman slipped from his place of seating, a flash of crimson red following in his wake before diminishing within the starker shade of maple brown; said darken shade being the comfortable serenity of the roof rafters. “Well this is better…” reflected the assassin upon finding a comfortable position between the vertical cross section of the roof’s centre board and a reinforced timber strut. The 45 degree angle provided a comfortable position, close to that of a leather recliner chair minus the leather..

Lich was a gentleman of average height, being a man of 5 feet and 11 inches with a slender frame, though not without its fair share of packed muscle. The actual colour of the male’s skin however couldn’t be identified on the grounds of the fact that two layers of material covered his skin from head to toe, one being of a tough leather-reinforced fabric and the other of a pure half inch of silver steel. The highlander was clad in an expensive full bodied set of silver scaled armour, each layer of scales overlapping the other in a formidable style of defence. The figure should have looked the same as any armoured tank of a knight from afar, yet the style and precisioned craftsmanship put into the mail allowed him to effectively manoeuvre with an astonishing amount of ease. In place of the scaled helmet that should that should have been one with the set, the assassin had chosen to replace it with an uncommon steel battle mask, smelted into the insidious style of the death guard…a fanged skull mask.

The assassin’s presence would have been damned unsettling had it not been for the crimson cloak obscuring his features from the prying eyes of the public. For a last measure, Lich had the raven-like hood of his cloak drawn over his mask, successfully hiding the chilling omen that served as his helmet.

Akiva looked at the man in confusion, wondering if he had heard her before, but repeated herself anyway, only slightly annoyed."My name is Akiva Korvashi...of Syliras, I guess." she said, now indifferent. She looked back to Keorvic, "So, where did you get that interesting scar over your eye?" she said, studying the long scar that went from just above his eyebrow to his jaw bone on the right side of his face. She couldn't imagine where a nice man like this would have gotten a scar like that.

Kipps sat up from his nap and jumped up onto Akiva's lap, laying down again, purring. He did not fall asleep this time though, just sat and watched as they talked. His tail snaked back and forth slowly against her skirt.

Akiva moved her feet slightly under the table, accidentally bumping up against Keorvics feet. Oops she thought, and winked at him to make it seem as if she had done it on purpose. She let her feet rest where they were.

Noticing that no one was paying any attention to him, Wolf got up and walked out of the tavern. 'I guess I just won't make any friends around here.' He set off to do other things figuring that no one would notice him leaving the tavern or even care much about it.

Akiva watched as the man left the tavern without answering any of what she had said to him. She felt slightly offended, and for that matter, was glad that he had left. "What a prick," she said. "I thought he was looking to make friends, not enemies." She shrugged, pretending it didn't bother her too much, and turned back to Keorvic. "So where were we?" She stroked Kipps, running her hand along his spine. He stretched and layed his head down on his paws, watching the flame flicker back and forth in the fireplace.

"oh yes and what a formidable opponent you would make..."

With a sigh the assassin at long last announced his presence... as painful as it was for him; though with so little else to do it was only natural for one to find entertainment in the reactions of others.
