Night Time
Inclement Weather
Aradia made her way to a place she could "let loose", and enjoy the night life that Wind Reach offered. The music was always pulsing, people danced, and the alcohol was intriguing, unique, and usually tasteful as well. This place the little innocent singer ventured to was the Inclement Weather, the dance club in Wind Reach.
This dance club sat in the bowels of the mountain, so far into the mountain Aradia was slightly afraid that rocks would soon cave in on her, or oxygen would run short in supply. But she kept going further down, away from the living spaces, and into the depths of the mountain. She finally heard the thumping of music against the stone, and a small smile spread across the singer’s face. Entertainment was the cure for her boredom, and she hoped that what she was about to enter would definitely be what she needed.
Once she entered the dance club, she noticed that it was a huge stone room. The walls were not smooth as Aradia had assumed, but instead there were small alcoves and indents, and shelving along the walls, making a jagged oval instead of a circle. The floor was smooth thankfully, so Aradia did not have to worry about tripping and falling, since she was slightly clumsy after all. The warm glow from the sconces made the area slightly romantic to the Singer, providing just enough light to see, but not too much light to see everything perfectly. Aradia looked around at some of the alcoves, which had chairs for people to sit, and some even had tables and chairs, with curtains for privacy. The thought of that made a slight blush appear at the tops of her cheeks, so she banished the idea and continued on to view more of what the club had to offer. She saw the musicians up in the alcove, playing the festive music that the many red headed individuals were dancing too. It was a wonderful place to Aradia, it made her heart skip to the beat of the music, and if she would of let herself go she would have been dancing to the music herself. But she decided not to make too big of a fool out of herself, so instead she went to the left side of the entry way to a bar that was positioned there.
Aradia made her way to the very end of the bar, and sit down on a rather uncomfortable stool, looking down at some blue mooshy moldy looking stuff in a ball. She wrinkled her nose at the stuff, and looked across the bar to the bartender serving a few individuals on down. The singer sat there and waited patiently, not wanting to be rude. She listened to the conversations of others, as they talked about something called a Spring Revelry on the 30th of Spring, Aradia made a mental note to ask Red about it, as the bartender finally made his way towards her. Aradia gave the man a small smile, ordering a Fuzzy Squirrel. The name was funny and made her chuckle, but he promised her it would be sweet and delish so she trusted the man, he had to know his alcohol after all.
The Singer turn around in her stool, sipping on her fuzzy squirrel as she watched the dancers out on the floor rubbing up against each other’s bodies in an erotic way. Aradia being the innocent as she was, could not help the heated feeling that appeared on her face at the sight, so she averted her eyes and looked away from the dancers, to the other individuals sitting at the bar. One in particular seemed to stand out from the rest; he had dark hair not red, and looked a little moody and shrouded in shadows. Aradia wanted to tear her eyes away from the man, but he was a curiosity and she could not help but stare, hoping he did not notice her ill-mannered looking.
