"For a double bladed dagger it's not uncommon to charge eight gold pieces," she replied with a shrug. Since he didn't specify much other than the size of the weapon she assumed it would be a standard double blade. Realizing he was thinking of something even simpler she followed her statement with:
"But for six silver I can give you a basic knife for defense. Forgive my assumption. We get enough warrior-type and soldierly patrons that I am always inclined to think folk want the deadliest nastiest weapons out there."
She offered him an apologetic smile, hoping she hadn't lost his business.
"As for the sword," she paused a tick to consider the blade, biting her lower lip in thought. "Three days. Does that suit your master?"
